Smitty's Sewer was recommended as a company able to deal with a potentially broken storm drain pipe. They were responsive and fitted us into their schedule both for the initial evaluation and for doing the work (turns out we needed to have a rain garden installed to avoid the broken storm drain). In December 2022 when everyone is scheduling into January Smitty's was ready to take on this relatively small job almost immediately. Mario made the whole thing seamless and our larger remodeling plans were not disrupted but greatly helped by his responsiveness. The company was on time, professional, kept the area tidy, communicated well, worked hard, and provided cost effective service. We will definitely reach out to them in the future for drain cleaning and other pipe related services. Thanks for the good work and happy year-end holidays to all!

Our water heater went out and started leaking in attic. We contacted our Us warranty company. The plumber was able to work with us on his schedule the same day. He explained the problems. He informed the options that might be good. Great 👍👍

Had the sewer pump go out at my house after hours on a Tuesday. Diligent Plumbing was the only one to call me back!! Came out the next day! Found the pump was plugged and got it working again without buying a new pump.

Young gentleman by the name of Scotty came by to diagnose a plumbing problem. I don't usually call for plumbing help but I'm sure glad I did.

Excellent plumbing and sewer professionals

The faucet that was provided by the homeowner from the warehouse was installed but defective.The Plumber determined what was wrong, called the warehouse and set up a will-call pick-up for me to exchange the defective sensor for one that worked. He installed it, and the faucet worked great! He waited on-site for me to retrieve the replacement part, and while it took him longer to finish the job because of this unexpected glich there were no additional charges. The original quote was the final price.

I had a pipe leaking in my garage and it was causing water damage to my house. I had no idea what the source was, so I called Yuriy and he found the leak right away and fixed it promptly. I was very impressed with the quality of the work and how cleanly he fixed the leak, and cleaned up after himself afterwards. Would highly recommend anyone to hire P1 Plumbing for any plumbing repairs you need!

David is a gem. I’ve had bad luck when it comes to other repairs and replacements in my home but this time I struck gold. David is efficient and respectful and knows exactly what he’s doing! That means a lot to an elder woman like myself. He fixed a clog in my bathroom sink and replaced my old toilet. I couldn’t be happier and so relieved to have met him. Highly recommend.

Great customer service, quality work and quick response time! I called Pacific Crest Plumbing based on the number of positive reviews. They live up to their reputation. When I called in with my problem (water pouring out of the kitchen drain piping in the wall) Anna was friendly and helpful. Treven, the plumber, arrived just a few hours later. He was pleasant, explained everything clearly and provided an estimate right away. He did a great job. Thanks!

Happy’s Plumbing did over $6,000 of work at our home on two separate projects. We currently do not have a labor warranty on their work and reached out to them after 18 months to take a look at an issue with the first project where a 12’ steel vent pipe they cut was not secured properly and the ABS pipe below it was bearing the brunt of its weight, contorting the plumbing lines beneath it. See attached pictures. They told us they will not come out because they make no money fixing things for us. This is a critical issue that needs attention, and they will not take responsibility. Don’t hire them unless you want to work with a company that doesn’t believe in fixing its mistakes and blames the customer for being difficult.

They have had to return to our home before to fix a leaking main shut off valve and to correct their poorly installed water heater connection after a $4,000+ project to replace all our steel water supply lines with PEX. Even then, their ownership had issues fixing their mistakes while the work was still under warranty.

I want to warn future customers against working with Happy’s Plumbing. They are not customer friendly and have an aversion to detail and fixing issues they caused.
