Joe did an AMAZING job! We had found out today that our water heater had been leaking, possibly for at least a day or two, and no one noticed. We called Joe based on a recommendation from a friend. Joe’s text-based communication was quick, concise, and led us to getting a quote which was fantastic. Even though we had just contacted him, he was able to come out and perform a same-day replacement of our broken water heater. He was personable and friendly which made the experience that much better. Especially since our water heater sits behind PVC pipe that can make installation of a new one more annoying than usual (you can see it blocking part of the bottom of the newly installed water heater in the picture). I highly recommend him as it was quality work for a last minute call.

We had a plumber out because we were sure there was a backup. Drain Hound came out and It took him 5 hours of trying to find that out that our pipes had broken. He gave us this company as a recommendation, and we are so glad we did! This company is professional and polite, but best of all they are very knowledgeable and fast! Fixed and back up and draining in 1 and 3/4 days. Great company and even gave us a military discount!

We had an issue with our gutter drain field. Even though gutters had been cleaned, they were not draining. Smitty's workers came over and dug up the area. Found the pipe connected, a new drain pipe and a pop-up. This looks like it will take care of the problem. They did good work and were reasonably priced. They put things back as they found them. In our two bathroom remodel George replaced all of the plumbing. He found and repaired a mystery leak that had been slowly dripping for years. He replaced all of the tub and shower valves, the toilets and associated installation plumbing, and all of the faucets and sink plumbing. He also fixed an additional shower that had dripped for years because the valve was shot.
George's communication is top notch. We always knew when to expect him and he always showed up when he said he would. He was incredibly respectful of our home offices and didn't interfere with our workday. His work is done correctly, the first time, every time. It was truly a pleasure every time he showed up. He's the only subcontractor on this project that I can say all of this about. I will definitely call GLS for future plumbing needs.

I cannot say enough about how great our experience with Bruner was! I can do most plumbing work myself, but when we had a main line leak I decided to get quotes from several local plumbers. Bruner was prompt, honest, fair and incredibly affordable compared to all the others. And best of all they came in under the bid! Abe, our technician was prompt and professional. He listened to the issue and gave a quote and guarantee and got to work. The backed up sink I had tried to snake with no progress for more than a day was cleared out to the sewer line. Great experience and work the cost. Will definitely call again.
