Man I was in a pinch....I looked up the other reviews on this company and thought they sound great! I was EXTREMELY happy I did. This job was for a rental property of mine and I definitely didn't want my tenants to be without water for long. Joe was super fast. His service was amazing! I don't mean like millennial avocado toast amazing, but actually amazing! I made the call, took some pictures and he knew exactly how and what needed to be replaced. The service was friendly and the price was totally reasonable. I will be absolutely referring Joe Water Heater to my friends and family.

Edgar and his team- Wally, Rob, and Thomas- were so positive and professional- AND They worked together so well. It was very impressive. The job was tricky and they worked together to problem-solve , they were very supportive of each other and that made us feel confident that we were in good hands.Devon did our scope and he was super positive, open, and supportive of our concerns about the plumbing that we were faced with. We have used Sutherland Plumbing LLC for several projects which include a new hot water heater, an access panel with new fixtures for a whirlpool tub, and installation of a new toilet. Most recently, we received a service call November 14, 2019. We would not call anyone else.
They are professional, courteous, punctual, and offer thorough explanations of options and recommendations. We have always been treated as a valued client whenever we have contacted them for service. Highly recommend.

This company opened up a drain that had never drained at all!

I called Mario about a leaky main. He answered right away and said he'd come over in an hour. He quickly assessed the situation, gave us a reasonable estimate, and immediately called the locator service to come out ASAP. He came back the next day and fixed our problem in an hour or so. I really appreciated his quick response and him not trying to upsell us like the other plumbers we had called. Great service!

Beyond outstanding service. We spotted a leak in our ceiling on a Thursday evening. GLS got us onto their schedule the next day. The crew worked quickly and thoroughly to identify the source of the leak and get it fixed for us. They were thoroughly communicative throughout the process, letting us know our options and what they were doing. They were clean and respectful of our house. Plus, they were affordable. I will be keeping their card for my next plumbing situation.

I needed all the pipes in my house replaced cause they were old and leaking. They sent someone out to give me an estimate, and it was reasonably priced. I was able to get on their schedule in a timely manor and everyone I worked with was super nice and friendly, from the guy they sent out for the estimate, the lady in the office, and the plumbers who replaced the waterlines in my house. Definitely recommend giving them a call.

Gary was a life saver! Our water main pipe broke late last night and gushed for several hours before our neighbor alerted us. Thankfully my husband was able to figure out how to shut off the water from the meter but it wasn't easy (he didn't have the key) and so it took 45 minutes.

Gary was able to come over mid-morning after hubby got up at the crack of dawn to dig a hole where he suspected the broken pipe was. GARY FIXED THE BROKEN 2 PIPE AND CHARGED US a very fair hourly rate (even on a Sunday).

We will definitely call him again if we have plumbing problems. We live in Forest Heights and he is less than 10 minutes away.

Roto rooter fixed a backed-up sewer water but they said it was due to very old pipe and it needed to be replaced. I believed it and called a company who specialized in sewer line installation/replacement. They disagreed with Roto rooter and they said my sewer line pipe still looking good and no need to be replaced and the reason water backed up was actually due to wipes and stuffs. So Roto rooter was trying to take advantage of me. Thankfully, I had another company who's was being truly honest I was able to fend off Roto rooter trick.

I will never use this business again! VERY UNHAPPY with their work and lack of professionalism. Western Plumbing was contracted through our general contractor during a complete remodel. We have had continuous issues and with the work done due to their inability to recommend repair and replacement of pre existing problems. In short, they installed new fixtures on faulty plumbing and knew it!
