Best Install Water Heater in Portland OR

After our water heater unexpectedly failed, we started looking around for someone to come install a new one ASAP. Joe was super responsive via text, gave us several options to choose from, explained the pros and cons of each (including extra info like whether it was made in America, how good the customer service was, ease of finding replacement parts, etc.) and was happy to answer all questions about it. He set our minds at ease about spending a large chunk of money on a new appliance and got us exactly what we needed installed much more quickly than the other companies we contacted would have. If I ever need another water heater installed, I will definitely use his services again!

The plumber that came out was really nice and accommodated for our schedule. He gave us great professional advice and worked around the really old system that came with our house. 10/10 would call again.

Every point of contact with Sewer Renewal Specialists was professional and pleasant. The work process was explained to us and scheduled in a timely fashion. Taylor and Jose arrived on time and worked above and beyond our expectations. They found our drain pipe had eroded so badly in one section that they went to the extra trouble of removing some of the concrete floor to replace it. They coated the remainder of our drain pipe out to the main connection of the sewer pipe just outside of the house. I would hire them again.

Mike, the owner, was lovely: very straightforward and very clear about the bid, pricing and timelines for work to be done. All communication was easy. They worked to fit our timeline restrictions into their schedule, did the work quickly and efficiently. We enjoyed everyone on their team and are confident in the work they performed.

Sent email on a Sunday to request an appt. Got an email back from Ti that day even though they were closed. He emailed back 6 days before the appt to ask to push it a week out and offered to waive the $149 fee. (shows great respect for my time and money).

Day of: called 90 mins before appt to say he was ahead of schedule and asked if I was free sooner. Showed up, let me walk him through the issue (a clogged kitchen/laundry drain that I had augered out twice before in the last 18 months by another company). I thought we'd have to replace pipes.

Ti explained that he'd like to try to auger again, a conservative and least costly step, because he thought the previous job should have lasted longer. (I really liked that he didn't bad mouth the other company's work - I'm not a fan of that approach. He did explain what he thought may have happened.) He was easy to trust and was able to explain in layman's terms.

He was done with the work in maybe 30 mins (the other times it took an hour or more). He had good news, and felt confident pipes didn't need replacing. (Again, explained why.)

They also have an organic enzyme pipe cleaner (we have used a lot of Drano) that will help treat build up along the way. (He even used a product before he left to help cut down on the unfortunate smell that the clogged drain had created.) Highly recommend these guys for their expertise and customer service. Even if it turned into a pipe replacement, I know who to call now.

They were in time, quick and professional.

Overpriced and horrible sweeping done. Charge Minimum then say there are other options after complaining second time. 2 hour minimum normally covers drive time. I get charged for 3 hours, your sweeper isn't here for more than a half hour, raises so much dust that it becomes a traffic hazard for the freeway. So after complaining I get charged for your driver stopping at the local store for a half hour for a total of a 3 1/2 hour job when he wasn't even here 30 minutes. So not fair. Hoping to find a better company to work with then RIVER CITY ENVIRONMENTAL, in PORTLAND, OR

Anytime Plumbing is the best. They have the best customer service and the best plumbers. They have helped me out of a bind one too many times because Roger is so knowledgeable and helpful. He is the best. Heather the scheduler, is amazing as well, very professional and helpful, always in a good mood. Our company, Cambridge Real Estate, prefers to use Anytime Plumbing over any other company because of how well they handle all of our jobs portfolio wide.

Terry's work is absolutely top notch. I had a leaking pipe, and not only did he fix the issue, he determined that the pipe itself was unnecessarily long (since the house was old and plumbing work had been done and re-done in different ways over the years) and rerouted the water via a shorter path. Now my downstairs shower has far more water pressure than it has in the nearly 15 years I've lived in my house (it's almost scary how much pressure there is now). The next time I have a plumbing issue, Terry will be the first person I call.

Smitty's Sewer was recommended as a company able to deal with a potentially broken storm drain pipe. They were responsive and fitted us into their schedule both for the initial evaluation and for doing the work (turns out we needed to have a rain garden installed to avoid the broken storm drain). In December 2022 when everyone is scheduling into January Smitty's was ready to take on this relatively small job almost immediately. Mario made the whole thing seamless and our larger remodeling plans were not disrupted but greatly helped by his responsiveness. The company was on time, professional, kept the area tidy, communicated well, worked hard, and provided cost effective service. We will definitely reach out to them in the future for drain cleaning and other pipe related services. Thanks for the good work and happy year-end holidays to all!

They were the first to call about our need for service. They were professional courteous covid concerned. They were the most reasonable quote allowing for senior discount and cash discount. Saved us almost 300$ from the next service estimate. Installed a gas hot water heater. Then cleaned up the area and answered many question. Would certainly use them for any new problem. Excellent.

Pipeline is hands down the best plumbing company in the Portland area! I’ve really enjoyed working with Samantha and her team to quickly resolve my plumbing needs. They are responsive, friendly and have very reasonable pricing. I wouldn’t choose anyone else!
