Our old gas water heater was on its last legs and we had family coming to town the next day. I contacted Joe and after sending him some photos and a couple text exchanges he gave us price for the water heater and installation. It was very simple and a very fair price. Joe showed up the next morning and installed the water heater. Even though it was more complicated getting the water heater installed and up to code then previously thought he stuck with his original price. Later that day we noticed one of the fitting was dripping a little. He was back the next morning and fixed the dripping fitting. I really appreciate people that back up their work! Quality work at a fair price that he stands behind what more could you ask for? Thanks Joe!

I cannot speak highly enough about Ti and Cameron. I had a main water line and water heater that needed replacing and they came out the same day I called the office to diagnose my problem at no cost for the estimate. After explaining all the fundamentals of what needed to be done, they were back within two days and got the job done. They went above and beyond to clean up the landscaping near the job site as well. Great service from start to finish. Scheduler was pleasant and got right back to me. Terry arrived on time. Explaining everything to me and also showed me how to turn water off at street if we ever needed to do this. While he was on site he asked if I needed anything else done. I rarely take the time to complete a review, but the folks at Diligent Plumbing, specifically Vitaliy was amazing. It was Saturday, most places were closed, but this company took the time to hear what our issue was and asked if we wouldn’t mind doing FaceTime so he could walk us through getting our water heater back on. After excellent instructions and amazing patience from Vitaliy, our water heater pilot light was back on and we got hot water. We were impressed by his excellent customer service, and on a Saturday too. Thank you Diligent Plumbing, we will definitely tell our friends about you and call you for all of our Plumbing needs.

Love these guys! Should have done the repipe years ago. I finally had it done after my neighbors hired them and referred me. I've been in my house a dozen years, and the water pressure/volume was always low. I couldn't use the bethtub, because the the volume was so low that the water was cold before it was 1/2 full. Shower was just a trickle. No problems now. Curious to see my next water bill, since I have so much more volume coming through now. 😉

Went through Repipe Specialists for the job, and PEX Plumbing did the work. Everyone was professional and friendly: estimator, repipe plumbers and drywall repair guy. They have a great relationship with the city inspectors, which speaks well of their work and reputation. The drywall repair was excellent; and, after painting, you can't even tell where the repairs are.

Water volume/pressure is great now. Had them add a shower to my hall bathroom and a utility tub in the garage and am very happy with both. Workers showed up on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up when finished. Gave me the grand tour when finished and explained the new bathtub and shower valves and the new shut-off valves and winterization process for two of my outdoor hose bibs (those that, because of their location, weren't frost free.)

This is the second time in 15 years I've used Mr Rooter in Portland. Both times I have been very happy with both the work performed and the persons performing the work and handling the call and scheduling.

Great service great prices and great Construction Services

We called on a Monday evening at about 530pm and got a call same day about 2 hours later and they were able to come out the next morning. They were very professional, courteous, informative and were done in about 45 minutes. Nothing but good things to say about this company I would use them again and refer them to anyone that needed this type of service.

This was the company who was used by the warranty company to tackle a sump pump issue at my house and they went above and beyond.

Not sure how they are getting so many bad reviews based off my experience.
