Horrible at communication. Never returned any calls. Never gave me a quote as to what was or needed to be done. Took 2 weeks to finish a job, and another week to get things posted and cleared on the county website. Very poor customer service. Never followed through with anything that was asked. I felt like they nickel and dimed me because they would take to long to return to do the job so they had to keep pumping my septic and charging me each time. Avoid this company at all costs. I didn't even want to give them one star, but couldn't post this review without checking at least one.

Really great experience working with Ken and Pipeline Plumbing. We needed all our old, haphazardly installed galvanized plumbing replaced, as well as new shut-off valves, fixtures - really everything plumbing related needed some TLC. They were quick about getting back to me to get a quote. When walking through the house to talk about the work that needed done, Ken was super helpful with suggestions for improvements beyond simply replacing what was there.

The crew was in the house for three and a half days, slightly less time than they originally estimated. The new pipes and other work looks very clean and neat, and will be so much easier to follow if we ever get work done in the future. Ken was very communicative through the whole work process, providing updates at the end of each day and explaining when some of the original plan needed to be modified or postponed.

I never thought I would be so delighted by neat and clean plumbing and working shut-off valves, but it turns out those are really important to have, and Pipeline made it happen.

Not only is Greg a good plumber, he is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. I had hit a water main in my garage on a Saturday and had to shut everything off. He fixed it for me quickly and saved the day!

I was definitely in a pretty tough situation and It only took one call to Mike to take care of everything and get my home up and running again. Really appreciate Clark County plumbing and will definitely refer them to everyone I know.

We hired Craig Anderson to replace a broken water heater in our condo. Rick came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. Rick is very personable. The company charged a very fair price for the work. We will definitely call them out again if we have another plumbing problem. Highly recommend.

This is our 4th time hiring Apollo for different plumbing needs and they are always exceptional- on time, accurate and immediate quotes, and a fair estimate of how long it will take to complete the work. Most recently, we had a plumber named Ben who was kind and quick, and was very patient with our giant puppy who gets excited with new visitors. He thoroughly explained the work he was doing and what he'd recommend in the future if issues should arise. I appreciated his thoughtfulness and expedient service.

My first job with them was when my water main broke and started leaking into our finished basement. They came out to diagnose it the same day I called, helped me mitigate it, and were out the next morning to replace it. They coordinated the contractors and permitting necessary to get the job done, and have showed up on time, with notice, whenever they are coming over.

Today was easy: What I thought was a leaking hose bib they determined to be my dryer vent leaking into the gap above the ceiling and condensing on the cold water input. Nick left me with a plan for confirming it and an easy fix I can manage on my own.

Having had a lot of troubles with this house over the years (how many different ways can a finished basement leak?!), the folks at Pacific Crest Plumbing have been refreshingly reliable and easy to work with.

Park Place Plumbing installed a free standing tub for us in our cabin. From start to finish everything was wonderful. Mike was professional, upfront about additional cost that could occur and did beautiful work. We love our new bathroom and couldn’t be happier with the whole process.

As an update to this review I purchased the cartridge from Amazon and had my 32 year old daughter, who is not really familiar with plumbing (but wants to learn) install the cartridge while I supervised over facetime. It took about 15 minutes. $24 bucks vs $1550, wow!

People hire a professional, whether a plumber or any other trade, thinking that they have the skill and training to do a proper diagnosis on an issue. What your plumber did was like an auto mechanic wanting to put a new engine in a car because of a minor oil leak. I sent a picture of the outside of the shower faucet, not disassembled, to Pfister's tech email. They came back and not only identified the faucet but sent the original installation guide and were able to tell me what cartridge to replace it with. $24 on Amazon plus installation vs the $1550 quote from you. In my opinion your actions were NOT professional. And by the way you advertise on your website as a woman owned company. This could be technically correct but the only reason to make this statement is to draw in customers who may not want to deal with a rude male. When I asked to speak with the owner I expected to receive a call from the woman who owned the company. Instead I received a rude email from a rude male.

Meticulous, I don't think so. This is just another company that thinks they can take advantage of people. I asked for a plumber who could change the valve cartridge on a shower. Instead he wrote an estimate to completely replace the valve and body to the tune of over $1500, because he could not see a brand name on the outside of the valve. When I asked if he had removed the valve cover to look at the cartridge he said no but he could write an estimate to do that. That was after the company charged $89 for a service fee to get the plumber there. It would have taken 5 minutes to take the cover off, instead they highball the estimate and it did not even include patching the plaster that they cut to access the valve, which would have been another $500. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

Great plumbing company

Of course our sewer line clogs up on a Friday. Someone was out within a few hours and got us all working again in no time. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and courteous.

I am a property manager and I have relied on Beaverton Plumbing for all of our plumbing jobs in the last 10 years. They never try to upsale or do unnecessary work. They are experienced, reliable, respectful, and friendly.

These guys no called no showed on me twice over the course of a week and offered to reschedule a week later. Seriously? Not to mention the terrible bind they left me in. Very unprofessional.

Karl and his team did an excellent job on a complete re-plumb on my house, from the curb, all the way in .

I have referred Karl to others. I will continue to call Karl with any plumbing issue that arise for myself, or others around me.

The team was professional, and was able to get us in the next day itself. The work was done without any hassles and everything back to order & working right away.

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
