I requested River City Environmental services, because I've had a clogged drain in one of my businesses. The specific service I requested was jetting the pipe lines and camera. When the guy from River City came, he assessed the job and suggested the snaking, instead of what I requested for in the beginning. I trusted him, as he was supposed to be the Professional . After about 7 days later, the drain was clogged again!
The fact of my business was closed for a few days for the Holidays. I paid for snaking and sewer cleaning $1,102 that time. I called to ask about the warranty for their services and they say they don't offer any warranty. I asked to talk to the manager whose name is Jared, and he listened to the recorded phone call when the lady said:  Yes and No offer warranty.
I got a money refund for Overcharges and not for the warranty.

I called River City to redo what it was not correctly done, and still, I was charged $491 on my card which was about $220 more than what the manager and I agreed for jetting and camera. I had to call again to ask to charge me for the right amount.

It was a hassle dealing with this company, I don't recommend them.

Gene did a great job replacing the copper drain pipe from our kitchen sink, as well as a few additional items. In his initial house call, he gave me enough guidance to start opening walls and moving obstacles to clear the path for him. Consequently, when he came out a couple weeks later for the job, the job did not take him as long, and he had some additional time to good naturedly take care of a few smaller jobs that were not part of the initial job scope. These included removing some old service lines for a auxiliary sink and replacing a cartridge in a shower faucet. I would suggest, however, that you get a clear idea of hourly rates and parts overhead loading before proceeding with Pipeline or any contractor. I neglected to do so in my casual conversation with him during the initial house call. While the final bill (about $1490) was very reasonable for all the services provided, I would have appreciated a more detailed reconciliation of the charges.

The crew did a great job of re-piping my house that was built in the 50s with a concrete slab and piping in the slab. Thank you Gavin, Chris, Tim and Adam. You guys did a great job. I know there. Was someone else there also. And you all did great

Shane and Mike have been to my house twice now. The first time we had a slow drain for the laundry and kitchen that was backing up into a basement floor drain. They took care of it quickly and also sorted out a bathroom sink that was slow. They were quick to come out and the cost was very reasonable.

The second time we had a shower drain that had stopped completely. Shane came out to fix it and couldn't get the clean out open. Not surprising since the plumbing is over 70 years old. He removed a large section of drain pipe that was too small to begin with and replaced it with the correct size all the way to the main drain pipe. They did and excellent job and I would happily use them again, as well as refer them to my neighbors and friends.

He's the kind of guy that comes out and loans you a kitchen faucet on THANKSGIVING DAY because yours went bad and you have the turkey in the oven. He's the kind of guy who crawls around under your house because you hear a strange banging in your walls, and then he figures out it's a woodpecker on your chimney--and he doesn't charge you. This guy is the best. Wouldn't use ANYONE else.

Eric Buckner was quick to get to our location to work on a clogged toilet. Was told a window btwn 1-4pm, he called promptly to let me know he'd be onsite around 12:30pm. Was able to fix our problem & was a delight to deal with. Would highly recommend Apollo!

Our tenants recently called to inform us that they were left a notice from the Portland Water Bureau stating they had excessive water usage. Being out of town I searched Google and called several plumbing companies and was impressed with the response, knowledge and professionalism from Pacific Crest Plumbing. They were able to fit a new line replacement and coordinate with our tenants. Very happy with our experience and definitely recommend.

We had a great experience with Park Place Plumbing. Mike came out within a couple hours of our call and provided excellent service at an affordable price. I will use Park Place again in the future for our plumbing needs.

I hired Meticulous Plumbing to repipe my house and replace the water main in the fall of 2020. The entire process was as smooth as it could have been, and I was consistently impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism of the plumbers and apprentices. I will absolutely be using these guys again.

Just moved out here and my rental had an issue. They were quick and friendly and most of all they were reasonably priced.

Tim was just here. He helped us with a minor toilet issue (our own ignorance about plumbing was the issue). Very professional! We will definitely be calling him with our future plumbing needs.

I gave three stars because it's in the middle, I'll tell my story and you decide if it should be a 5 star review or a one star review.
We paid nearly $800 (would have been much more but they gave us a break) to repair a leaky bathroom faucet. It was barely leaking, it probably wouldn't have used $10 worth of water a year, if they told us in advance it would have cost a hundred dollars to fix I would have told them no thanks.
Now their side, an old pipe broke off when he was repairing it, that probably wasn't his fault it was old. It was in a very difficult place to repair with out showers being back to back the way they are, to make the repair he had to cut a hole and make the repairs by soddering pipe inside the wall. A supervisor described it as doing surgery, and I suppose that's fair. The supervisor came to help and did for a couple of hours and he basically didn't charge us for his labor. They were great about returning my calls and answering my questions.
At the end if the day though $800 for repairing a leaky faucet I wouldn't have paid $50 to fix had I known the cost is really hard to swallow.

JAM workers replaced the plumbing and pipes to and in my bathroom and all the fixtures. they were on time and the workmanship was solid. When revisions were required to accommodate the new vanity and drawers for some built in cabinets they made them promptly and without question. they went above and beyond by putting needed structural reinforcements to the floor under the bathtub and did not bill me for it even though the problem was only discovered after work began. They also managed to replace pipes from the basement to second floor without requiring any walls to be torn out. They were a pleasure to work with. i'd definitely use them again

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
