Jon-Marc was very friendly and quickly assessed what needed to be done. He worked efficiently and got the leak repaired. We've had to call 3 Mountains a few times since buying this house and they have always confidently and expertly handled each situation.

After getting a $1600 flat fee for clearing our clogged sewer line, I decided to call a company that could fix our onqoing problem with a lining of our 60 year-old cast iron pipes. I was pleased to find out that the owner, David, would come out the next morning and give us a bid on re-sleeving the existing pipe and clean out the current clog at the same time. Unfortunately, he was unsuccessful at clearing the clog, so he gave us a referral to Retro Drain Cleaning. David did not charge us and said he would come back out again after the drain was cleared to hydro-jet the entire sewer line and give us a bid for the relining of the pipe, again at no charge. He said we could then decide if we wanted to have the work done. Our choice would be to continue paying drain cleaners to clear the clog every 1 or 2 years, or have Sewer Renewal do the work with a 20 year guarantee. As of today, we now have an unclogged sewer line and have contacted David to come out and give us the estimate. More to come. He is scheduled for tomorrow for a bid to fix us permanently!

The whole team was here today tackling my plumbing issues! Ti, Sean. Cameron (and Cooper!) all do reallllly amazing work! They use the best parts, and complete work to the highest standard. They even completed a few little non-plumbing jobs for me just to be nice! I can not recommend them highly enough!

I used Terry Massey Plumbing back in 2008 for a complete 2 bathroom and kitchen install. The job was completed on time and their team was willing to work within an askew schedule. Thank god.
