Salvador and Alex were organized and excavated the sewer pipe quickly. Sal showed me a previous repair that was the source of the problem. They did a great job!

We live in a 1940s home in uptown Vancouver that was having sewer problems. We had multiple sewer backups into our basement that was really getting frustrating. We had several plumbers come out and tell us our old pipes were collapsing and being infiltrated with tree roots. Their solution was to dig up our whole backyard and replace the pipes - that were about 9 feet down in some places. The cost of this? Over $15,000 and we would be left with a ruined backyard and the cost to replace all the established trees and landscaping. We started to search for another solution. In our search we came across David at Sewer Renewal. He came out and discovered some things that we didn't know and worked with our neighbors (whom we shared a line behind our house) to do a multi-house job. David and his team were professional and problem solvers. When the first way didn't work they found a second way to fix the problem. They worked with the city of Vancouver to determine which lines to fix and which the city was responsible for while giving us top quality value. Sewer lines are not exciting but what is exciting is knowing we won't be getting back ups into our basement and that our home is resellable in the future. Gary may have a good personality, but he does not have enough knowledge and skills for such plumbing service, although he has been worked for relatively long time. After his first service a simple broken pipe in the crawlspace of my home finally lead to about $2000 repairing finished by another plumbing company. Very bad service that I have had so far. Strongly suggest not to call Gary for a similar service!!!

Vitaliy was very responsive when I initially called to set up an appointment for my blocked drain line for my kitchen sink and my washer drain .

On the day of the appointment he texted me that he would be able to arrive earlier which worked great for me. Vitaliy was very cordial when he arrived and it was a pleasure to meet him. He went right to work assessing the issue. After troubleshooting he offered three options to get the drain line unplugged with an option to a another cleanout. The added cleanout was the most expensive option but the one that made the most sense. He told me that with this cleanout I would be able to do the clean the drain line myself. I opted for that added cleanout as we seem to have this problem every several years.

He was very fast at completing the work and did a beautiful job. What a great sense of humor, too. This made for a very positive experience and I trusted him completely. He will be THE one I will call in the future, if the need arises, and the one that I would recommend if asked.

This particular location only houses storage for plumbing materials and supplies and some off street parking. Their primary focus is on Residential and Light commercial plumbing service and repair. So at this location they have no retail.

I needed emergency help with a clogged line. They were quick to come out. Very professional. Very helpful. Quick to complete the job. And I thought reasonably priced. I would use them again.

These guys are horrible. First, they show up late to my appointment. The plumber tells me that he doesn't have the right van so he had no parts to fix my water heater. He tells me he will get the parts the next morning and call me. At noon the next day, I call him. Not only does he not have the parts, he hadn't even gone to get them yet. He says he's waiting for a call back and more hours go by.
