After our water heater unexpectedly failed, we started looking around for someone to come install a new one ASAP. Joe was super responsive via text, gave us several options to choose from, explained the pros and cons of each (including extra info like whether it was made in America, how good the customer service was, ease of finding replacement parts, etc.) and was happy to answer all questions about it. He set our minds at ease about spending a large chunk of money on a new appliance and got us exactly what we needed installed much more quickly than the other companies we contacted would have. If I ever need another water heater installed, I will definitely use his services again!

3 Mountains came out the same day I called to fix a clogged pump. Dylan was friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job and kept the place clean. The total cost was a lot less than I expected.

When we were selling our house, the home inspection revealed a sewer line belly that required our sewer line to be dug up and replaced. Sewer Renewal Specialists came in lower than any of the other companies and they were able to meet our tight timelines. Everything from the initial conversation, to the quote, to doing the actual work, to the final billing was streamlined and professional.

Portland Star Plumbing was easy to work with, prompt, and very professional. They fixed a long-standing problem (incorrectly plumbed utility sink). Both service technicians observed COVID guidelines and cleaned up after themselves. We we’re very pleased, and will be hiring them to do a big job—all the plumbing for a new, above-garage apartment—this spring!

Joe was an awesome tech. They came out through my home warranty. Service request was Monday they came out Wednesday. Had al the parts they needed on the truck came and fixed same day in and out in under 2 hours! No more leak under the sink!! New garbage disposal and I didn’t have to figure out how to do it!

I called first thing on Monday morning to make an appt. Terry and his son were able complete the project the same day. I am very happy with the work they did. We loved that we were able to use a small family business for our services. Highly reccomend

I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with the service from Justin at Bruner Plumbing. I've had a shower valve that has had very low flow for months and tried everything I knew to remedy the situation, finally throwing in the towel and calling Bruner. Justin came on a service call and took the perfect methodical approach to solving the problem. Worst case scenario would have been cutting into the wall & drywall to replace the shower valve. Justin worked step by step backwashing and purging hot and cold supply lines and the valve and solved the problem. Bruner is my go to plumbing contractor and that's a comfort for me to have a solid, qualified & professional plumbing contractor in my arsenal for any problems that may come up down the road. I recommend them without reservation for your plumbing needs.

Called Precision Plumbing about a leaking facet in our kitchen. Gary was able to come by same day. Got us fixed up within a couple hours at a reasonable price. Great experience with this company!

Our water heater began to leak. Vitaly was able to research the age and quickly determined that it was past its useful life. He procured a new one and installation was completed the very next day.

Horrible, over-priced, extremely rude customer service!
I hired a plumber to re-connect all our under sink pipes, after we removed the sink to re-do our counters. The technician (William) was extremely rude the entire time he was in my home. When I noticed the water to the dishwasher and the water filter wasn't working, he told me he had connected the pipes he was supposed to and that turning on the water wasn't part of his job. After he connected everything, one of the pipes was leaking (which I don't believe it was previously) instead of admitting error in the reconnection process, he decided I needed a new pipe, which he promptly charged me an additional $99 for (it took him 5 minutes max to install) The price turned out to be by the job, rather than the hour (like all the other plumbers I called) Where most plumbers were $85/hr and the job took 1.5hrs, I paid $337 total (the equivalent of nearly 4 hours! It would have been one thing to be overcharged, but to be treated so rudely in my own home was totally unprofessional and unnecessary!

PEX did a complete repipe of my house. Good quality work, excellent communication throughout the project. Fair price. Brought a four person team and did it all in one day. Highly recommend.

Scottie worked on my drainage problem that was backing up from my washing machine and my kitchen sinks. He was so clear and professional, and explained as much as I wanted explained.He checked and double checked his work before he left and cleaned everything thoroughly. He was here during dinner time and he gave no indication he was trying to expedite things so he could eat dinner. My only regret was that I forgot to give him cookies that I’d referred to during the visit! It’s rare to experience such a pleasant service experience.

Steve was able to come out only an hour after I called and did an incredible job working through a tough problem. Couldn’t be happier with the honesty and work ethic he showed and at a price that was extremely fair and reasonable.

We were assigned this company through our Fidelity home warranty. They came out twice. Once to assess, and the next time to replace the water heater. We had a great experience. The admin staff was always quick to respond to my call and communicated very well. The plumber came on time, and did a good job with the installation. not sure what all the negative reviews are about, that just wasn't my experience. Would use them again.
