After seven long months of sewer repair, it backed up again after only a short time! I called David and he came right out. He was thorough,and explained the problem and gave me referrals to get the job finished. He even sent me a confirming dirty movie for further reference! I will be using him if I have any other problems and will refer him to anyone who wants and needs someone dependable and honest. Thank you again, David!!

I had 3 separate items that needed attention. While I was very happy with the nice men who came and looked at the problems, their answers were super expensive! One problem was a gasket in the toilet. They explained how they only like another brand of toilet and if I wanted them to replace the whole toilet They could do that. The price seemed 3 or 4xs more than going to get my own. I did get the gasket # from them and ordered it from Amazon for 6$! I installed it myself! I'm frustrated that they didn't even offer that as a fix. They would have had a life long customer if they were looking out for me, instead of trying to make a small job into a big ticket item.

Pro-Line did an excellent job. They had to work with my Home Warranty Company (which was more than challenging), but they never complained and took care of what I needed fixed. Definitely would recommend them.

Terry Massey Plumbing was the first company I called. He came out the next day to give me an estimate on replumbing my house. While he was here he listened to my frustrations and fixed my kitchen faucet, bathroom sinks and showers. I HAVE WATER PRESSURE NOW! He was very kind and professional. Couldn't give this guy enough stars. Very nice, helpful and personable. Allowed us to complete some of the job ourselves to avoid paying more than we had to (we had a water main break, and we dug it out ourselves). Very reasonable rates.

I rarely take the time to complete a review, but the folks at Diligent Plumbing, specifically Vitaliy was amazing. It was Saturday, most places were closed, but this company took the time to hear what our issue was and asked if we wouldn’t mind doing FaceTime so he could walk us through getting our water heater back on. After excellent instructions and amazing patience from Vitaliy, our water heater pilot light was back on and we got hot water. We were impressed by his excellent customer service, and on a Saturday too. Thank you Diligent Plumbing, we will definitely tell our friends about you and call you for all of our Plumbing needs.

I had a pipe break and called them at 7:30 in the morning. They responded within minutes and came to my house that same day. Diagnosed the problem quickly (broken pipe under a concrete slab) and quickly capped the old pipe and created a new line. Solved my headache in a few hours and they were affordable and professional.

Pex to the rescue! I'd been quoted a truly huge number by another local plumbing service and I was so worried about how I was going to pay for the repipe and my mortgage. Greg came over right away, he was even a little early. He was really thorough and my dogs both liked him.

He told me how the repipe would go, when his team would arrive, what I should keep an eye on and even which plants would probably die as a result of the new water system install (it's fine, I didn't like that one anyway). He showed me pictures of the new hardware they would install and talked me through everything that would happen after they were done from the inspection to the drywall fix, which was included in the price of the repipe (the other company I'd gotten a quote from did not include repipe or guarantee against any damage to the house).

I appreciated that he gave me a discount for paying with check, and that he didn't pressure me to make a choice right away. Even though my problem was slightly urgent, he trusted me to know when I was going to be making my housing decisions. Also, his price-point was almost too good to be true after what the other company quoted me. I looked up average prices for a repipe in Portland and it was the other company who was way off base price-wise. They most have thought I didn't have another option.

The day of, Enrique, Gaven and Jason arrived when we expected them to, they did what they said they would do and even wiped down and re-arranged the cleaning products under the sink when they were done. My kitchen sink has always been backwards but they fixed it while they were piping, they also did a new toilet install the same day because I'd mentioned that I always hated my toilet and it turns out it was really affordable to add it on.

While they were working they used drop cloths to protect our floors and other furniture and they left things clean and tidy. The repipe itself took one day and the only spots where you could even tell someone did major work is where the drywall had to be cut. Also, they were patient with our dogs who were barking a lot at all the noise.

I'm so relieved to have this done and taken care of, Deanne in the office was quick to respond to my questions and pleasant to talk to every time.

We had a line run from the city meter to our home. We had all the water-in pipes replaced and the secondary sewer lines replaced as well. A Mr. Rooter scope specialist made us aware of a small piece of the main sewer line out back that was holding water and likely to fail in the future. They dug it up and replaced it to keep things running smoothly. All-in-all it was a week long job and a lot of work.Everything was done exactly as quoted.The crew who worked on our plumbing was knowledgeable, helpful and extremely kind. Big ups to Brian who championed everything and was here all week dealing with our awful crawl space. His support crew was fantastic as well (though I don't remember everyone else by name). Our water pressure is now amazing and runs like a house 30 years its junior. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! I will definitely recommend Mr. Rooter to friends in the future.

Avoid Happy's Plumbing by all means. The owner; Jack is extremely ill tempered and disrespectful. I cant believe people like that are even allowed to have a CCB license. His prices wont make you happy and his profanity and insults don't add any value to the deal.
