They were so responsive, polite and professional. Affordable. Would recommend to anyone needing their services. Had a toilet clogged that a regular and co2 plunger could not fix. They came out, looked at it, used an auger and had it fixed quickly.

They were great!! Less invasive than a traditional sewer repair and was the same price but my yard wasn’t nearly as torn up as it would have been. Highly recommend them!

Terry does outstanding work, and his wife Jamie is a great organizer. They show up when they say they will, they communicate clearly about the job, Terry and his son are courteous, and the results are exactly as expected.

It’s not too often that you find a true “mom and pop” outfit, where their word is their bond. Terry Massey Plumbing is the real deal!

Simply put - I had an issue with a specific type of toilet and was told this company would be familiar with this type of toilet. This was an issue that required a prompt response. I called Bruner's 4 times and I spoke to the customer service agent twice. I was told both times that I would get a call back from a technician to discuss the issue and from there set up an appointment. I never once received a call and found another service.

Gary may have a good personality, but he does not have enough knowledge and skills for such plumbing service, although he has been worked for relatively long time. After his first service a simple broken pipe in the crawlspace of my home finally lead to about $2000 repairing finished by another plumbing company. Very bad service that I have had so far. Strongly suggest not to call Gary for a similar service!!!

I can't say enough great things about Burfitt Plumbing! I had multiple plumbing issues that I had been putting off - nervous about what the cost would be. One of the issues was my water heater, not generating enough hot water anymore. My neighbor had the same issue around the same time, and his plumber replaced the whole water heater. Burfitt was able to just replace the bottom heating unit - saving me hundreds of dollars. The technician also took care of a leaky pipe that was attached to the garbage disposal and my broken bathroom drain plug. All this taken care of quickly, professionally and inexpensively and on a Saturday to boot! I wish I would have called sooner!

Jason, Gaven, and Enrique did a very nice job. They were very quick and installed all new pipes in just one day. Our hot water pressure has never been better!

Brand new home owners and noticed our rain drain wasn't draining in the middle of summer. Called and expected to make an appt in several days but was thrilled to have a technician knocking that same afternoon. Jason Belcher was very thorough and discovered s larger problem than we were hoping, but gave us the piece of mind that we won't have bigger issues in the future. Jason and Mr Rooter were great!
