Craig Anderson plumber Rick came out to help on short notice. I had broken one of the bolts on our ancient toilet flange and I thought the flange would need to be replaced (only toilet in the house). Rick came out and dug out the rest of the old bolt and installed new t-bolts. The flange was good to go and now completely functional. Saved us so much time and money. He also placed my new toilet expertly and leveled it perfectly using shims. Very professional troubleshooting and installation.

I've had a few jobs with Happy's Plumbing and my latest job had a lot of moving pieces. With my limited knowledge of plumbing, Leslie at Happy's was patient and explained the scope of work in a way I understood. She was highly professional and responsive in helping me coordinate all the vendors. Leslie understood the impact on the tenant and worked within a reasonable timeframe. Do not believe the good reviews. Called on Christmas Eve with a broken water heater and scheduled for day after. No call until 12:37 PM that the tech called in sick- appointment was for 11-3. Call anyone else... Person answering could not care or EVEN TRY to help...

Our plumber was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and honest. Amazing work and customer service! However the prices quoted to us we're VERY high. $700 to unclog a toilet, and $600 to replace parts in the tank. This meant we were not able to afford all services we needed, but our plumber was very helpful and open about our options, and we found a way to cut the cost down to $300 (still more than we were hoping to pay, but it was an emergency) for a more minimal service that got one of our two toilets working, and got advice on how to fix the other one ourselves since it was just a tough clog and not a repair. If we had chosen to not have any work done, it still would have cost us $100 just to have them look at our toilets.

We worked with Portland Plumbing Plus during a recent remodel project and I can't tell you how impressed I am with these guys. Their expertise and attitude to work are spectacular. Called these guys at 9:40am on a Sunday for an active leak at one our properties. Phone rep gave an appointment time of 1:30-3:30pm. At 3:45pm I get a call from the tenant saying no one has reached out. Upon calling they let me know that they will not be able to get to it today, but also will not be able to get to it on Monday.

I was given no update via email, nor voice message. For something as pressing as an active leak this is highly unprofessional. The full time employee who works this phone line said they do not event know what Premiere Portland Plumbers is as a company. Leading me to believe that this is just a SEO for Mr. Rooter. Very poor experience and a massive waste of time.
