I cannot say enough about how great our experience with Bruner was! I can do most plumbing work myself, but when we had a main line leak I decided to get quotes from several local plumbers. The service was on the expensive side, and there was some confusion and delay in service that shouldn't have happened, but the plumber was very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Had the sewer pump go out at my house after hours on a Tuesday. Diligent Plumbing was the only one to call me back!! Came out the next day! Found the pump was plugged and got it working again without buying a new pump.

Craig Anderson plumber Rick came out to help on short notice. I had broken one of the bolts on our ancient toilet flange and I thought the flange would need to be replaced (only toilet in the house). Rick came out and dug out the rest of the old bolt and installed new t-bolts. The flange was good to go and now completely functional. Saved us so much time and money. He also placed my new toilet expertly and leveled it perfectly using shims. Very professional troubleshooting and installation.
