Best General Plumbing in Portland OR

I'm recommending them to everyone. Rob came out before he started work for the day to look at a leak in my water main, despite being absolutely slammed. Since I was still getting quotes, he gave me his card and told me to call, but while he was here, he found the exact placement of the leak--making those quotes WAY more effective. When I called him to get the work done, he and his son fit me into the schedule and did beyond what was necessary to make sure my house was taken care of, my new pipe was safe from the same problem happening again AND that I knew who to contact about adjusting my bill now that things were fixed. They were both friendly, helpful and all around wonderful. As I said before, I'm recommending them to everyone. Thanks again, guys!

Our toilet was leaking pools of water in front on the tile bathroom floor. It's our only toilet in the house. After calling a number of plumbing outfits, none had time and either didn't answer or put me on a waiting list. I reached out to Pipeline and one of their plumbers, Brent, was on his way home from work, driving right near my house. He decided to head over and was at my place fixing my toilet within 25 minutes of the call. He was very thorough and got a new seal put on and the toilet tightened down. I'm so grateful for the responsiveness, professionalism and thorough job. I would highly recommend Pipeline Plumbing!

We had a leak in our main water line. It turned into a massive job because the leak detection company had difficulty locating the leak. Sarkinen plumbing had to do a great deal of work for me over a number of weeks. Derek and Daniel were both co-leading the job. Both are extremely professional, genuine and responsive. I was in a pretty desperate situation, and was afraid that they would try to take advantage of me. They didn't at all. They were honest, direct, and clear with their communication, and very reasonable and fair with their charges. I HIGHLY recommend Sarkinen. I feel strongly you can trust them to be reasonable, and deliver responsive, high quality work that they'll stand behind.

Got an appointment scheduled very quickly, then on the day of my technician was able to arrive early. Joe B. provided a quote before proceeding with any work, and also worked very quickly to get things taken care of. Thanks!! Tim Wingo did a great job and fulfilled all of our expectations for what a professional contractor should be/do. The quality of work was excellent and he did whatever it took to get the job done on time and right. We had an emergency with our water mixing valve at our community that houses over 80 residents and he was there to save the day. Thank you and i hope that you guys continue to employ trades workers of his caliber.

I have had terrible water pressure since I bought my house 5 years ago. It took forever for the water to run warm anywhere-we just got used to that. After my house was re-piped, the difference is incredible! I am so thrilled to have had this project completed and I will refer My Plumbing to anyone for their plumbing needs.

Additionally, they found a ring behind my bathroom vanity that is very special to my mom and she is beyond excited to have it recovered. ☺

Have used Beaverton Plumbing 4 times over 12 years (water heater replacement and fawcett, tub and pressure reducer repairs). They are always courteous, reliable and exceptionally capable. Azzeddine recently diagnosed and fixed tub connector leak - very fast and very reasonable price. He took extra time to explain the problem and ways to prevent recurrence. They are responsive to calls and have given great advice over the phone to try to help me problem solve. Beaverton Plumbing has my strongest recommendation! Kevin Sherwood

This is the second time I've called 1st Call and they have been wonderful. They responded to my call immediately, and both times, they've gone out of the way to get to my issues in a super timely fashion. Called these guys at 9:40am on a Sunday for an active leak at one our properties. Phone rep gave an appointment time of 1:30-3:30pm. At 3:45pm I get a call from the tenant saying no one has reached out. Upon calling they let me know that they will not be able to get to it today, but also will not be able to get to it on Monday.

I was given no update via email, nor voice message. For something as pressing as an active leak this is highly unprofessional. The full time employee who works this phone line said they do not event know what Premiere Portland Plumbers is as a company. Leading me to believe that this is just a SEO for Mr. Rooter. Very poor experience and a massive waste of time.
