Joe was helpful, professional, knowledgable, and friendly. His communication was great, and could assess my job and offer a quote quickly with a few specific pictures. I appreciated him encouraging questions, AND his prompt replies, even on weekends. His rates are very competitive, and I appreciate that since he works for himself, he isn't trying to run up the bill by selling you stuff you don't need, like technicians who work on commission for bigger companies might do.

I had a few plumbing problems and I called All Pro Plumbing to see if they could help me. Everyone I talked to on the phone was wonderful and they got someone out to see me the next day. The day of the appointment, Art (the plumber) called me about a half hour before the appointment just to let me know he was on his way. We moved into our West Linn home just over a year ago and we have had Bob with Nichols Plumbing out 3 times for 3 separate issues. Each time he was very responsive, especially for one plumbing emergency. Bob is very knowledgeable, and his prices are fair. On his most recent visit he replaced our hot water tank with a nice 75-gallon tank. It is nice, our family has yet to run out of hot water. Your first call for all plumbing services needs to be Nichols Plumbing.

Joseph Qualls was awesome. Despite working 12 hours already, he showed up in the evening, and completed the job repairing several water leaks in our crawl space under the house. The restoration company had already placed their heaters and it was so incredibly hot down there. Yet he took his time and was thorough. He was friendly and informative. We will definitely call him through Apollo for our future plumbing needs. Grateful for the hardworking plumbers out there! Your job is hard!

YIKES, HELP!!! My 19 year old reliable, workhorse water-heater sprung a very disconcerting leak! Ugh! What do I do?! Where do I go?! Who can I turn to?! A bucket under the spray, a hose to drain, water & gas turned off, head exploding, I head out.

Yay! The jingle answered my distress. I knew where to go! Upon arrival, the building is older, but the showroom is filled with everything from quaint farmhouse sinks, to ultra-modern soaker tubs. Everyone looked professional, observing precautions by masking & distancing. My wait was not long.

Neely took great care of me. Once he got the pertinent information about my broken water heater, he took care of all the rest. There were no disconcerting details to handle. He quoted me a price, & the very next morning, (a weekend) a reputable plumbing company was at my door, draining, detaching, removing the old one, then installing a shiny new water heater. The whole process was faster, & cheaper than I had feared.
