Best Free Estimate in Portland OR

I had 3 companies bid relining of my sewer drain pipe. Some companies charged for scoping and estimating the work. Sewer renewal specialists did not charge to scope the pipe even without any specific issues.

Sewer Renewal Specialists was the only one that quoted the full length of the pipe to the sewer main under the street. The other 2 companies assured me (incorrectly) that my responsibility ended at the curb.

Although the work didn't need to be done right away it was a relief to take care of the issues before it became an emergency.

They under-promised and over delivered. I was told the work would take about 8 hours. It was done in just over 5 hours.

William and Taylor were friendly, informative, and communicated progress regularly during the work.

I have a family of five. Three are smelly teens. When my hot water heater checked out, I needed a replacement fast. Anytime Plumbing was on the job less than 12 hours later. Gave these guys a call this morning around 10am, by 3pm they had someone at my house to assess the situation. Turns out my water heater was so old it made no sense to repair it and it was time for a new one. Oh great, I thought... Gunna be a few more days...nope! Zach, the guy who took the job, was on top of it and wanted to make sure I could take a hot shower tonight. He left to go get a brand new unit, showed back up to unload the new one and darn it.... The manufacturer sent them a banged up item! He wouldn't have it, and went to get another one so he knew I was getting a good product. I appreciate that he valued doing a good job so highly. Took the time to teach me all about my new water heater, and left after going above and beyond. Plus he just seemed like an awesome guy. Karissa, the awesome lady who helped get someone to me so fast this morning was lovely as well. I truly didn't expect that from phone call to install would only take hours, but this team was on top of the ball! Highly recommend them!

When I called in with my problem (water pouring out of the kitchen drain piping in the wall) Anna was friendly and helpful. Treven, the plumber, arrived just a few hours later. He was pleasant, explained everything clearly and provided an estimate right away. He did a great job. Thanks!

Ken was the very best plumber that we have ever encountered. He was recommended by our good neighbor, and sure enough he was not only a really pleasant gentleman but also a highly knowledgeable plumber with reasonable fee (surely less than I expected based on our prior experience). I would definitely go back to him when we have any plumbing issue.

Highly recommend BP Plumbing. Scheduled two months out to install new faucet, reconnect dishwasher, and connect new sink. Arrived on time with the appropriate pipe and gaskets needed. Friendly, efficient, and affordable. I especially appreciated the attention to quality of parts as well as explanation of work done, including providing photos from underneath counter. Will be hiring as my regular plumber.

We utilized this company for an entire repipe of our home. They walked us room to room to let us know what to expect, provided a thorough written breakdown of what we were paying for and were great about answering questions throughout the process. Spending this amount of money is nerve-racking however their pricing was competitive with other plumbing companies in the area however the work can be completed in just a fraction of the time. 10/10

Chris arrived on time with crew and equipment to install a new main water line on my property. I am thoroughly pleased and impressed with his work. Installer Dave, first wasn’t able to get the water valve turned off, ok cool, called water company, they said they would send someone. Dave didn’t try very hard cause all I had to do was spray WD-40 on the valve. 30 mins later two calls to the water company Dave unpacks his tools again and begins installation. Wedged a pipe between the wall and water heater. PDX city inspector comes out and says that’s a no no. 2nd visit FWH (Dave & helper) comes doesn’t have any information as to why he’s there, 40 mins of explaining what the inspector wants, he again squeezed blocks between the wall and water heater, PDX inspector says it’s the same proofs the pipe. Blocks need to be secured to wall, which I explained to Dave the first 30 mins. Tried to get them to resolve, but it took forever and we have renters moving in, contacted HandyMoms to correct issue. Don’t waste your time with this company, the 599$ installation wasn’t worth the agony of dealing w an incompetent company. Cost me more money !
