Had a full house re-pipe done by these guys and I have nothing but amazing things to say. They were quick, professional, friendly, and went out of their way to help us out on some inconvenient issues that came up during and after the install. 10/10. Can't recommend enough. Gabriel especially was personable and extremely helpful.

Sutherland just replaced my main water supply line. The old line from the meter to the house had a leak. They were able to get a crew on the job the day after I called. Their team explained my options, then did a great job replacing the water main. They also ended up replacing our 20 year old water heater... all done in one day. The crew was easy to work with, were very professional, and did a great job cleaning up after the job was done. I couldn't be happier with their work. I highly recommend Sutherland.

I had renters who couldn't use water or toilets for several days due to clogged pipes & because I had to dismiss the first plumbers I called. Proline located the problem in the main which involved digging up the front yard, a real challenge due to difficult access. After digging down 10 ft, the scope had led them to the wrong pipe. They had thought they were just about done but the problem-solving was just beginning.
As it was getting late I was worried about being abandoned. It was a real mystery as to where the water was going. My deep gratitude to Eddie, Alex, Vlad & Tony for their determination, persistence, & ability to work together to solve a very unusual & challenging problem. I hope they all get a raise.
When they finally located the problem, it was a mess! They fixed everything, backfilled the yard, worked in the dark & were finally done at 9pm...after arriving at 7:30 am. Although I thought the estimate I agreed to was a bit high at first, I really appreciate that they didn't double the price when things got messy. Thank you to that team!

When we got the storm water notice I was not sure what to do. River City Environmental was professional and knew everything we needed to gain compliance. They charged us what they said they would and didn't tack on any additional fees!

This company was hired by my apartment property management. Even though my apartments didn't want to hire someone to fix my emergency till morning. Cameron came out. Was about to leave because my apartment property management did not give him all the notes and was rude to him. He saw me..chatted with me for a moment and came in and saw my situation and was able fix my leak. This kid needs a raise!! 😊 Friendly and professional. Hope he is the one assigned to come back for more repairs in the future.

We have had an issue where we have to run our water for far too long to get either cold or hot water. I wanted to bring in someone new to review our situation and, after checking reviews, brought in Terry Massey Plumbing. Terry and his son came in and in and, in the process of checking out the water lines, determined that the duct work for our dryer was totally shot and needed to be replaced. We set up an appointment to run a hot water line to the kitchen sink AND replace the duct work. I'll attach photos later showing how bad the duct pipes were- unbelievable and not something that the home inspector had caught when we bought the house just 2 years ago or, for that matter, the company we brought in to clean all the ducts sometime after we moved in. My wife and I are very grateful to Terry Massey Plumbing for finding this and bringing it to our attention. So the duct work has been replaced, a new hot water line to the kitchen sink- everything done on time and per their quote- and we're quite happy!

Winter weather damaged our hot water inlet to our kitchen sink. He was super efficient, and 40 $ cheaper for a same day repair than another company that only had openings a week out.

Beyond outstanding service. We spotted a leak in our ceiling on a Thursday evening. GLS got us onto their schedule the next day. The crew worked quickly and thoroughly to identify the source of the leak and get it fixed for us. They were thoroughly communicative throughout the process, letting us know our options and what they were doing. They were clean and respectful of our house. Plus, they were affordable. I will be keeping their card for my next plumbing situation.

Drew was great! He was friendly and knowledgeable and performed the work efficiently. We will definitely be using him for any future plumbing needs. I will also mention that the communication from the main office was excellent. They call the day before your appointment with a reminder and let you know when your plumber is on the way before your scheduled time.

An old plastic shut-off valve got stuck halfway through, its handle cracked. No way to open, no turning. Not repairable, just cut out and replace, but because it was sitting right next to the wall, one has to go to the crawlspace and put a longer chunk of pipe too. Not a problem for Gary with Precision. Now I can enjoy the shower and not wait for the washing machine nor toilet to stop refilling. Probably more important: with the new brass valve I can reliably shut off the water any time. 5/2/2020Strange sounds from the toilet.Slow draining tubs.Situation kept getting worse.I attempted to fix it for hours to no avail. Called Roto-Rooter at 730pm on a Saturday night and Dan Nelson showed up in less than an hour. 20 minutes later the problem was solved. Excellent service, knowledgeable, and fast. I highly recommend Dan and Roto-Rooter to all.We can sleep easy now.Thank you Dan!

I will never use this business again! VERY UNHAPPY with their work and lack of professionalism. Western Plumbing was contracted through our general contractor during a complete remodel. We have had continuous issues and with the work done due to their inability to recommend repair and replacement of pre existing problems. In short, they installed new fixtures on faulty plumbing and knew it!
