Had a leaking irrigation line in our backyard. 3 Mountains showed up on time and quicker than most other plumbers could have. All of their staff was very friendly and professional. The leak was a minor problem that I was able to take care of, but when I have a big plumbing issue they will be my first call.

Portland Star Plumbing was easy to work with, prompt, and very professional. They fixed a long-standing problem (incorrectly plumbed utility sink). Both service technicians observed COVID guidelines and cleaned up after themselves. We we’re very pleased, and will be hiring them to do a big job—all the plumbing for a new, above-garage apartment—this spring!

It is not easy to find home services that are trustworthy, skilled, dependable and friendly, but we sure hit the jackpot with Sutherland Plumbing!

We have called on Sutherland Plumbing several times, the first was years ago, meeting Ty himself. A true professional, we made sure to keep their contact information for future needs. We've since had friends who have used their services and agree, they are the best!

Most recently, I needed to find the source of a leak. Cameron arrived as scheduled, and was honest and sincere in his estimations about what our issue was. I also had him look at the fixtures and toilet in one of our bathrooms, and again he was honest with what we needed. Cameron clearly communicated exactly what he would do, and followed this up with an estimate that landed in my email before I got back home!

When Cameron and Jack returned to do the work, it was completed in a timely manner, and they cleaned everything up and took away the old materials. They had to cut into the drywall, and did such a great job with that, it will be an easy fix.

I had renters who couldn't use water or toilets for several days due to clogged pipes & because I had to dismiss the first plumbers I called. Proline located the problem in the main which involved digging up the front yard, a real challenge due to difficult access. After digging down 10 ft, the scope had led them to the wrong pipe. They had thought they were just about done but the problem-solving was just beginning.
As it was getting late I was worried about being abandoned. It was a real mystery as to where the water was going. My deep gratitude to Eddie, Alex, Vlad & Tony for their determination, persistence, & ability to work together to solve a very unusual & challenging problem. I hope they all get a raise.
When they finally located the problem, it was a mess! They fixed everything, backfilled the yard, worked in the dark & were finally done at 9pm...after arriving at 7:30 am. Although I thought the estimate I agreed to was a bit high at first, I really appreciate that they didn't double the price when things got messy. Thank you to that team!

I used River City Environmental based on a recommendation and could not be more displeased with the service provided. I'm only giving 2 stars because the man who performed the service was kind. I was charged more than $500 to solely inspect a root problem; no actual work was done to help the issue. Then I was told the excavation team would be in touch. It has been 3 weeks and no one has bothered calling me - you can't even flush my toilet or use the laundry because of the overgrown roots - and today I received a charge to my credit card without even receiving an invoice. If you need a company that will respond and solve your issue quickly, go with OC drain. **UPDATE: The customer service team apologized and refunded part of the cost**

Their drivers are rude. Would never do business with them.

Avoid this outfit at all costs. They made a mistake on some of the finish work at my house and tried to charge me for the extra time. When I disputed it and hadn't issued payment for ONE DAY, they showed up at my house and turned off the water while I wasn't there! Horrid company and super rude. They wouldn't even put boots on or lay down tarps or anything while they worked in my home. That should've been my first indicator to not use them. Too late now. Again, super unprofessional and overall rude. Avoid at all costs.

Beyond outstanding service. We spotted a leak in our ceiling on a Thursday evening. GLS got us onto their schedule the next day. The crew worked quickly and thoroughly to identify the source of the leak and get it fixed for us. They were thoroughly communicative throughout the process, letting us know our options and what they were doing. They were clean and respectful of our house. Plus, they were affordable. I will be keeping their card for my next plumbing situation.

We had a significant leak somewhere in the front yard. Pipeline Plumbing & Drains came out, found and fixed the leak for a very fair price. Will use them again. Can’t recommend the, any more highly.

The service from Bruner was great. Not only did they return my call in the same day, they were able to schedule someone to be onsite quite quickly. Justin was efficient & thorough. While I hope I won't need to, Bruner Plumbing will be my first call should I need plumbing services again.

Precision Plumbing fixed our leaking main quickly, effectively, and at a very reasonable cost, the same day that we called him. Another plumbing company gave us an estimate that was as much as a small used car!

He came quickly. He answered questions. He fixed the problem. He was respectful.

The guy was super kind over the phone. Explained my problem, and just was hoping for some pricing, and direction. He provided this after getting some understanding, advised possible trouble points, and asked if I had any other concerns. So I finally mentioned how I was going to prolly try a safe method of baking soda and vinegar for the drain, MAYBE use my own, and he even advised the proper tooling to use at home! Luckily, the ~5 dollar trick worked, and didn't need to rent anything. But this company has earned my business, and I will be utilizing their services in the future. The person over the phone was really warming to a time of stress and concern.

And FYI, plumbing isn't inherently cheap. But the prices quoted were reasonable than what I found other places consider (some refuse to even quote any price, and one wanted to charge you to just come out and look) and after the insight over the phone, I'd trust them over other businesses.

Great job done by the pex pdx crew. Jason, Jeff, Enrique and Gaven did an excellent job with the repipe. Very professional, efficient, and respectful of our home. Will recommend to anyone!

Very professional and courteous. The dispatcher kept me informed of the progress of the technician, prior to arrival. Brad was great and stayed until the job was complete.

I've had such a great experience with Western Plumbing! The lady on the phone was super nice and extremely helpful! Jason and the other guy who came out we're both super nice and respectful with our home. They worked quick and efficient so no time was wasted. I could tell they didn't want to waste time lollygagging and just wanted to get the job done. I wouldn't ask anyone else to do the job in our home besides them! THANK YOU WESTERN PLUMBING!
