Terry's work is absolutely top notch. I had a leaking pipe, and not only did he fix the issue, he determined that the pipe itself was unnecessarily long (since the house was old and plumbing work had been done and re-done in different ways over the years) and rerouted the water via a shorter path. Now my downstairs shower has far more water pressure than it has in the nearly 15 years I've lived in my house (it's almost scary how much pressure there is now). The next time I have a plumbing issue, Terry will be the first person I call.

I have used Bruner both for my home and for our HOA private street. We have experienced great service, fast, and economical compared to other bids. Out last job was a complicated water leak in the street and Bruner's coordination with the city was exemplary. I like doing business with this family. Ward and his son are great, as are the other employees I have worked with.

AAA Drain Cleaning fixed my clogged sink on the same day I called. I was impressed by the technical skill employed to get the job done with no errors, time wasted, or messes. Great equipment, little tricks like the flashlight use, and polite touches like the shoe covers and general friendliness proved to me that this company is the best -- professional and efficient! Mike went above and beyond in helping install plumbing in our bathroom. Dante also came out and did an excellent job fixing our outdoor faucet. These guys are prompt, professional, and do excellent work. I would not call anyone else!

I don't ususally write reviews at all, much less negative ones. But I am so appalled by my experience with this company... A technician came out to fix our garbage disposal. Looked down in to it for like 15 seconds, got on his ipad and said it would be over $500 to fix and that we should just replace it for over $1000. The disposal is just a year old! So I had someone else out, he got under the sink and fixed it five minutes. Didn't want to charge us at all. I called to inform the company and the person at the call center was extremely patronizing and just kept making excuses. Completely unacceptable. Beware of extreme upselling with this company!
