We had Tyler and Jeff out to clear out a fairly distressing sewer backup. Tyler had to remove a basement-level wall-hung toilet as there is no sewer clean-out at our older home. Tyler was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Jeff, the camera technician, showed us the condition of the pipe all the way to the street and provided us with options for a clean-out installation. The most important thing was that the job was done well but it was a big plus that both gentleman were genuinely good people and enjoyable to work with.I would recommend 3 Mountains Plumbing to anyone.

Chris showed up on time and ready to work. He handled the job quickly and even gave us pointers on how to keep things running smoothly. He also noticed we had an open pipe from waiting for a sink to be installed, and suggested we put a cloth in the pipe to stop sewer gasses from getting into the house. Nice guy, great service. Will use them again

Terry's work is absolutely top notch. I had a leaking pipe, and not only did he fix the issue, he determined that the pipe itself was unnecessarily long (since the house was old and plumbing work had been done and re-done in different ways over the years) and rerouted the water via a shorter path. Now my downstairs shower has far more water pressure than it has in the nearly 15 years I've lived in my house (it's almost scary how much pressure there is now). The next time I have a plumbing issue, Terry will be the first person I call.

RIck was so helpful and talked to me about other plumbing issues revealed by this leak. He let me watch him work on the one pipe he was fixing and talked me through the process. I learned a lot and appreciated knowing more about my house's plumbing.

My neighbors called this company but for some reason they're blocking my driveway and when I came out to ask the driver to move the car he told me he'd be leaving in a few minutes anyway and then just walked away and disappeared. I said I needed to be able to get out of my driveway soon and I am not convinced that that matters to anyone. Furthermore I don't even see the necessity for blocking my driveway.

I had an urgent need to scope the inside waste line in my building. Called Steve at AAA. He sent Austin out in 1 hour. Austin was personable yet professional. He was quick, efficient, and obviously knew what he was doing. He's an interesting person and I learned a lot, too. I also had him look at a portion of the exterior line that I was told (by a different scope company) was damaged and needed repair (which they would of course do for thousands of dollars). That turned out to be false -- it looked great. Thank you Steve and Austin - you are a rare example of awesome service, quality work and ethical practices.

Both times I have called needing assistance with plumbing they have a plumber there the next morning. Knowledgeable plumbers who tell you what needs to be done and done right. Expect to pay some money though, plumbing is not cheap!

I have never experienced such a horrible person when contacting this company. He was rude and condescending and literally told me how dare I reach out to him on a holiday weekend. If you cannot deal with customers, regardless of the date, find a receptionist who knows how to speak to people with respect and dignity or maybe wait till your precious holiday weekend is over to return a phone call. I will not use this company again strictly based on how I was spoken to. I don't know who you are to the company but you should learn to speak to people like an adult.
