Houston got us set up, Jeff, Edgar and Robert got the job done and Andrea helped with financials. What an amazing team. We had extensive sewer work done. They were so nice and understanding that while they deal with this everyday, I do not! The yard was tore up but by the time they left everything was as clean as could be. Edgar talked me through what they were doing and didn't get annoyed with me or my dogs watching out the window! We live in Tigard and had a problem with wastewater bubbling up from a crack in the street away from our property (March 2020). We're responsible for over 200' of sewer lateral, most of it under the City street. The thought of dealing with digging up the road was really unappealing. David from Sewer Renewal was really responsive and invested in helping us. He arrived quickly, helped diagnose the problem, and set us up with a repair. The team arrived, took care of everything, and got us back in service really quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Dealing with sewer problems is never fun, but these guys will take good care of you. I highly recommend giving them a call before you look at other, more invasive solutions.

Tech was very fast and very respectful! This would be a 5 star review, but my service was scheduled for 12pm-4pm and dispatch sent the tech out at 9am. Luckily someone was home to let him in and pay.

Steve provided excellent service with a handshake and a smile. Very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He trouble shooted the problem fast and fixed the clogged drain issue. Will use for any future problems.

I called up Frontier Plumbing and Drain for a straight forward alcove tub install for my bathroom renovation projects. What turned into a single day job, quickly became week long project. Not because of Frontiers work, but the shoddy job previous home owners and builders did.
