Had Tristen out to take a look and give me a quote on a bunch of work that is needing to get done on my home. He was super great, very helpful and professional. Helped me find that my water heater was around 20 years old and very happy to get a new one installed and other things fixed. Quick pricing and reasonable for everything. Had a great experience with them. They did a cure in place pipe treatment on our house we just purchased. The service techs Taylor (props to him for having been a fellow ubc 1503 member) and William did a great job and were done quickly and Joe came the next day to work with the city inspector. Everyone was very friendly and informative. They were comparable in price to other companies that only do invasive pipe replacement. Their warranty was exponentially better than all the other companies.
I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Cameron was prompt, polite, fast and knowledgeable (even on this 115 degree day). He diagnosed a mixing valve problem right away and fixed it on the spot. I’ll definitely use Sutherland again.

I had a great experience working with River City Environmental and I would highly recommend them. The staff was very nice and professional. I had to hook up to the City Sewer and decommission my septic tank onsite. These guys did the whole job, including putting my fence back up!

Not happy that I had to pay to hook up to the sewer but at least these guys quoted me the cheapest amount around and stuck to the price when I received my final bill.

I called up Frontier Plumbing and Drain for a straight forward alcove tub install for my bathroom renovation projects. What turned into a single day job, quickly became week long project. Not because of Frontiers work, but the shoddy job previous home owners and builders did.
