Of course the blockage in our kitchen sink was too far for our home snake to reach. So we called Rotor Rooter. They were able to make it out fast and helped to unclog our kitchen sink sludge that has been building up for years. Abe was professional, and friendly. He walked me through everything that he was going to do and explained why it was needed. Thank goodness for the quick help we have two little ones at home and obviously needed the use of our sink. I had an urgent need to scope the inside waste line in my building. Called Steve at AAA. He sent Austin out in 1 hour. Austin was personable yet professional. He was quick, efficient, and obviously knew what he was doing. He's an interesting person and I learned a lot, too. I also had him look at a portion of the exterior line that I was told (by a different scope company) was damaged and needed repair (which they would of course do for thousands of dollars). That turned out to be false -- it looked great. Thank you Steve and Austin - you are a rare example of awesome service, quality work and ethical practices.

Andrew was very friendly and professional. He explained my options clearly and he got my sink draining! It took a little work, he got it done and made sure it was draining.

I called several times early Saturday until Sunday afternoon leaving a messages that they need to respond by email. About 18 hours after the first call, they sent me an email saying they got my message. The message was a form message, we'll contact you soon. I then found them on FaceBook and summarized the services I needed from them. They responded with a friendly message that said they will schedule me Monday morning and contact me as soon as their office is open again. The advertisement says they are open 24/7. Then they sent a second email that says they do not service my area, but the map on the google advertisement says they do. I can't tell if they are being dishonest or not but the messages from this company (open 24/7, closed from Saturday 3 pm until Monday at ? time, they will schedule then they won't schedule...) are inconsistent at best.

Always there when we need them

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them

Called these guys at 9:40am on a Sunday for an active leak at one our properties. Phone rep gave an appointment time of 1:30-3:30pm. At 3:45pm I get a call from the tenant saying no one has reached out. Upon calling they let me know that they will not be able to get to it today, but also will not be able to get to it on Monday.

I was given no update via email, nor voice message. For something as pressing as an active leak this is highly unprofessional. The full time employee who works this phone line said they do not event know what Premiere Portland Plumbers is as a company. Leading me to believe that this is just a SEO for Mr. Rooter. Very poor experience and a massive waste of time.
