Called 3 Mountains Monday. They had Alex out by Wednesday first thing for an annual tune-up. He answered all of our questions knowledgeably. Did the diagnostics and drained the tank. Fixed a minor gas leak and was gone in a little over an hour. As newer homeowners, its one less thing to think about now that we have 3 Mountains on deck for our annual tune-ups and, gawd forbid, bigger repairs!

Oh man! This guy was a life saver! The price was ALOT better then the multiple other places I called! He was super friendly and professional. He explained everything that was going on, very easy to talk too. He had what I thought was a crisis completed within 30 minutes! I literally could not have asked for a better plumber he was friendly professional and not annoyed by my nosey dog. Honestly I am a female in her twenties and to find someone to work on my house that is professional and explain things to me while not making me feel like I'm getting taken advantage of is a big plus to me and he really just was great about explaining everything and also the price was amazing because every other place I called was trying to tack on all of this unnecessary things and he was honest and just appreciated how nice he was.

I called Sutherland Plumbing in a panic with a leak in our main water line. Ty came right out and let us know what it would take to fix it and was able to get the job done quickly! Ty and John were helpful, professional and incredibly good at what they do. I would recommend Sutherland to anyone needing plumbing work done.

We had a great experience with Proline Plumbing. Tyrone was professional and made our job a priority, and didn’t give us the run around that we had been getting from other contractors that our home warranty company sent out. Once, when we were looking into moving we walked on to a property that had an overflowing leach field. It was disgusting and we didn't know what it was at the time. River City was good about answering questions even though I wasn't about to be a customer at that point. Since then we did purchase a home with a septic system. They have been good about assessing it for us and I'm glad I know where to call if we ever end up with a leach field issue.

I called first thing on Monday morning to make an appt. Terry and his son were able complete the project the same day. I am very happy with the work they did. We loved that we were able to use a small family business for our services. Highly reccomend

Replaced hot water heater faster than the big stores, and were so pleasant to work with. Now I have a plumber!

Abe came for an estimate about a bad smell coming from a closet which I thought was sewage. He didn't find any leaks but the smell could be coming from an old furnace in the crawl space. He was very kind and tried his best to help me figure out my next steps, including making a phone call to provide me with recommendations. Oh, and there was no charge for any of this!

Alan is a Portland treasure. Twice he’s come out on short notice when no one else could. Such a humble, unassuming person who knows his craft and takes pride in the work. Reasonable and fair pricing. Forget about all the big fancy plumbing companies with hundreds of reviews. You’ll be calling Alan to fix their mistakes.

Water through 2nd floor ceiling. Called. Showed up the same day.Knew there was a leak on the water closet in-line. Fixed that. Still some water dripping into bucket. Called. Back out in 1.5 days. Turned out the bee's wax seal and the toilet seal were bad. (24.5 years old). Fixed that. All good.Plumber James had a good attitude and knew what he was doing.

My neighbors called this company but for some reason they're blocking my driveway and when I came out to ask the driver to move the car he told me he'd be leaving in a few minutes anyway and then just walked away and disappeared. I said I needed to be able to get out of my driveway soon and I am not convinced that that matters to anyone. Furthermore I don't even see the necessity for blocking my driveway.

Very happy with the service and expertise. Came to my house on a moments notice during blizzard-like conditions and had our sewer main cleared and back in service within 30 minutes of arrival. Will definitely use AAA next time I need drain service.

We had a clog down our drain pipe for our washer and Jeff got it sorted out in a few minutes. We tried getting it unclogged with a rented equipment from Home Depot ourselves but with no success. You gotta let the professional, Jeff in this case, do what he do best.
