Although the price of a replacement water heater was much more than I had expected, the experience was a good one. I phoned at 9:30 a.m., the tech Coleman, called around noon telling me when he expected to arrive, he arrived on time and had a new water heater installed by 5:30 p.m.Coleman did a great job of being friendly and professional. He was a hard worker and was sincere and a plain talker. He laid out my options so I could decide which model to buy.3 Mountains Plumbing is my plumber of choice now.

Every point of contact with Sewer Renewal Specialists was professional and pleasant. The work process was explained to us and scheduled in a timely fashion. Taylor and Jose arrived on time and worked above and beyond our expectations. They found our drain pipe had eroded so badly in one section that they went to the extra trouble of removing some of the concrete floor to replace it. They coated the remainder of our drain pipe out to the main connection of the sewer pipe just outside of the house. I would hire them again.

We couldn’t be happier with how everything went with Mike and Clark County Plumbing and Drain. We were in the midst of selling our house, and a sewer scope in the buyer’s inspection revealed a problem with the line.

We called Mike at about 9:00 a.m. on a Thursday, and he was there an hour later to give us an estimate. He did a video scope of the line, then presented us with two options. He was clear on the benefits of each, and when we made our decision, he told us he could have it done the next day.

He and another guy, Dante, showed up at 8:00 a.m. on Friday and got to work. By 1:00 p.m., we had paid the bill. And by about 3:00 p.m., they were gone. Though they had to dig a very big trench, they filled it in and smoothed out the yard, so that it didn’t really look like there had been any digging. A big section of the yard is just dirt now, but Mike also spread grass seed so that the yard can come back to life.

As much as it sucked to spend the money necessary to do the job, it was great to work with Mike and Dante. They were both friendly, and Mike was thorough, communicative, and did a quick but effective job. We now know who will be our first call, should we run into any plumbing issues at our new home.

Duane was very polite and friendly. He was always communicating with me what he was doing, where and what needs to be done. I’d definitely call him again for any future plumbing services .

These guys are the absolute best. I had a tight timeline before my home sale closed. They ran into all kinds of problems with the liner installation, (due to the original conditions in my 1930’s home. They powered through it all, with a great, positive attitude, went above and beyond. They worked long days 3 days in a row until the liner was done. All for their original quote. I never write reviews, but this company deserves a shout out. I wish all contractors had this level of integrity.

Both times I have called needing assistance with plumbing they have a plumber there the next morning. Knowledgeable plumbers who tell you what needs to be done and done right. Expect to pay some money though, plumbing is not cheap!

Seth, Augustine, and Mike did a great job. They kept us informed during all parts of the installation, took care not to impact the rest of the house, and even managed not to let the chickens out of the back yard when they were working on the compressor! They also did a great job explaining the system when they were done. We really appreciate their exceptional service.

I am a new homeowner and my house has a few plumbing issues. Luckily, Apollo has been a great vendor to help educate me about how my water lines and drain lines should operate.This week, Eric was dispatched to my house for a clogged show tub drain. He arrived on time and explained all my options. He successfully cleared my tub drain for a bargain price.While he was here, I explained that my laundry drain was backing up water. He correctly diagnosed the problem was actually coming from my kitchen drain and offer two options for clearing. He completed jetting of my kitchen drain that solved my laundry room backup issue. This had been a problem for a month and he correctly fixed the problem within an hour. So grateful to use my washing at full capacity again! Thanks Eric!Last week, Joseph was dispatched to my house to install a new kitchen faucet. He did a great job and explained how to replace the batteries since my new faucet includes a motion sensor to turn on and off (so cool). The kitchen faucet works great!Two weeks ago, Apollo completed a cured in-place pipe repair to eliminate root intrusion. This was completed while I was out of town and they communicated with me throughout the entire process. They share before and after sewer scope recordings. It was simple and cleared my sewer drain without any digging, very convenient and effective!I plan to continue using Apollo for all my heating, cooling, plumbing and drain needs! Very pleased with their services.

We called. The office workers were nice. The tech showed up. He diagnosed our problem, and wrote us up three options. We chose the most complete option. The repair that the company had control over was completed within four working days. We are pleased, but wish it wouldn’t have cost $11,000.

Mike showed up promptly and replaced our old garbage disposal. He even caulked around our kitchen sink free of charge since our renovators failed to secure it previously. Highly recommend

Great service

I had an appointment for 8:00am this morning. This is after I had called for a previous appointment and then received a phone call that someone showed up and no one was home. I did not even have a time scheduled with a service tech for a specific time! So this morning at 8:45, I called there service department and asked when the technician would be arriving. He said, Our guy is stuck in traffic and will be there as soon as he can. I wait until 9:45 and call them back and said, I had an appointment today for 8:00 and it is now 9:45, can you tell me where he is at? He says, Stuck in traffic... Really? So I said, Still stuck in traffic? He says, Hey, I'm just the messenger. Oh you guys are the worst company for customer service I have ever dealt with. I will be making sure to tell people that are looking for plumbing or HVAC that you guys are prone to being stuck in traffic.... If I could give you a zero rating I would!
