Dominique was extemely helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to unfreeze my garbage disposal, so it wasn't necessary to install a new one. She said that my old one was rusted inside so it was only a matter of time before it began to leak at which time I would need to replace it. She gave me an estimate for the replacement.

Sean and Nate arrived right on time this morning to completely replace our kitchen drain system. They wore protective masks and gloves the entire time from start to finish. Don't be afraid to call them to do work now, they will follow all the proper covid procedures. Their work looks perfect and they left the work areas very clean. I would recommend them to anyone. You can expect a very fast response from them when you request help!

Mario and Smitty's Sewer Service were fantastic! Very responsive, exactly on time, with a can do attitude. We had a tricky problem with the outflow pipe of our septic that Mario came up with a good plan for, and clearly explained every step of the repair. The price was extremely reasonable, especially considering the high labor costs today. We Highly recommend Smitty's for any septic or sewer issues you need resolved. Would've given 6 stars!

Steve (owner) was great to work with in every way. I had a completely plugged kitchen drain with standing water. I had worked on it for a couple hours to no avail. I left him a message in the morning, he managed to fit me in the same day, arriving around 10:30am. Flat fee for the service, $125, plus any parts. He kept in touch via text messages letting me know when he was arriving. He arrived on time, covered shoes with booties to not track in dirt. He didn't mind pulling out all the cleaning supplies under my sink because I have a knee injury so I couldn't. He put them all back afterward, too, very nice. Pleasant conversation while working. He quickly found the blockage, removed and showed me, also showed me broken gasket which he replaced for $2.50. It was a small job for him and probably a lot of travel, but it was very important to me to get the drain cleaned on the same day. I had started the morning going through some internet service and getting barraged with calls and emails from various large plumbing companies telling me they couldn't come out same day anyway (even though I had put that in the search criteria). I managed to find Steve by calling Zach of Everlast Plumbing (whom I would also call back again in the event of a larger job) who was kind enough to return my call and refer me to Steve.

Great communication and service. An honest plumber who saved me thousands.

Dante came out to fix what I thought was a clogged toilet. He then gave me bad news that it was likely my sewage pump that had gone bad, which meant not using any of our plumbing downstairs. Even worse news…I have 7 people coming to stay with us over the long holiday weekend and they’re all staying downstairs! Dante said he would do his best to call around and find another pump. He came back with good news and bad news. Bad news is no pump until the following week. Good news is he was able to fix the pump, which failed due a simple electrical issue. To top off my joy, Dante said they weren’t going to charge me anything!

Kaleo efficiently fixed our leaking bathroom sink (replaced angle stop and nipple), replaced our kitchen faucet with faucet we supplied, fixed our leaking hose faucet (replaced vacuum breaker on frost free hose bib), secured another hose bib, and diagnosed problem in master bath faucet (need a new faucet as suspected). We had a leak in our main water line. It turned into a massive job because the leak detection company had difficulty locating the leak. Sarkinen plumbing had to do a great deal of work for me over a number of weeks. Derek and Daniel were both co-leading the job. Both are extremely professional, genuine and responsive. I was in a pretty desperate situation, and was afraid that they would try to take advantage of me. They didn't at all. They were honest, direct, and clear with their communication, and very reasonable and fair with their charges. I HIGHLY recommend Sarkinen. I feel strongly you can trust them to be reasonable, and deliver responsive, high quality work that they'll stand behind.
