EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! The owner, David, responded to a Friday night emergency to open our clogged sewer line, and his camera inspection revealed a collapsing sewer lateral. The initial repair quotation contemplated having to excavate; however, they managed to find a way to do the repair by inserting a liner, which reduced the cost by $6,000. We much appreciate their honesty and efforts to repair our lateral at the lowest cost to us. Each member of the crew was professional, competent, and a pleasure to work with. The work required two unexpected additional visits which were performed cheerfully and at no added cost. Sewer Replacement Specialists are exceptional, especially in this era of declining service and exploding costs.

My husband passed away three weeks ago. I am still quite emotional. Then a water line exploded in my garage. Tyrone Miles was professional, compassionate and very helpful. He recommended a water removal service that is coming out tomorrow to dry out the crawl space. They moved me up to the front of the line because of Tyrone. Ricky and jack were out to repair a mainline break. The boys did a fabulous job in Repair repairs done quickly efficiently all garbage is picked up and they left the entire work area neat and clean. You can’t even tell they were there and I have a brand new valve box awesomeness.

Smitty's Sewer was recommended as a company able to deal with a potentially broken storm drain pipe. They were responsive and fitted us into their schedule both for the initial evaluation and for doing the work (turns out we needed to have a rain garden installed to avoid the broken storm drain). In December 2022 when everyone is scheduling into January Smitty's was ready to take on this relatively small job almost immediately. Mario made the whole thing seamless and our larger remodeling plans were not disrupted but greatly helped by his responsiveness. The company was on time, professional, kept the area tidy, communicated well, worked hard, and provided cost effective service. I've been using Mr Rooter for years for a recurring drain issue and have always found them to be courteous and straightforward. The Service Techs always take the time to answer my questions, & arrive on time, and I feel safe with them.I totally recommend Mr Rooter for anything drain connected.

Very happy with the service and expertise. Came to my house on a moments notice during blizzard-like conditions and had our sewer main cleared and back in service within 30 minutes of arrival. Will definitely use AAA next time I need drain service.

Seems as if cold weather this year took a toll on two of our outside lines and faucets. They were protected and insulated but failed to no avail. All Pro sent out a plumber the day of my call, diagnosed the leaks, and within an hour had both faucets and lines to the main system replaced. Good job and wonderful people to work with.

Same-day service from a friendly and competent professional who didn't talk down to me and was kind to my kid & dog. Saw me wearing a mask and immediately went to mask up too (thank you, I'm immunocompromised) -- and happily went to work. They didn't settle with just making the offending toilet flush again -- they told us what happened and why, and let us know what they noticed might be a sign of trouble down the road without trying to upsell. We will absolutely be calling again when we need a plumber.
ETA: they were right about future trouble, and came back to diagnose and give us some solid advice and recommendations to follow up. Same great experience as the first time. Not afraid to roll up their sleeves and they didn't charge for diagnostics.

I don't ususally write reviews at all, much less negative ones. But I am so appalled by my experience with this company... A technician came out to fix our garbage disposal. Looked down in to it for like 15 seconds, got on his ipad and said it would be over $500 to fix and that we should just replace it for over $1000. The disposal is just a year old! So I had someone else out, he got under the sink and fixed it five minutes. Didn't want to charge us at all. I called to inform the company and the person at the call center was extremely patronizing and just kept making excuses. Completely unacceptable. Beware of extreme upselling with this company!

Our upstairs shower would leak water through the garage ceiling, so a contractor friend recommended Power Plumbing. Aaron was our plumber and he diagnosed the problem and fixed it for us, something beyond my DIY skills for sure. The toilet downstairs was also making a rumbling sound, and he pointed out that the fill valve was at fault, so I was able to replace that myself. Finally, the master bath when filled with hot water would show small, black particles, and he unscrewed the faucet cap and removed a stuck piece of black crud. Recommended.

I spoke on the phone with Michelle, she was very understanding and helpful. She was able to get help out to our house before any of the other businesses I spoke to were capable of. Zak was honest and direct. He explained what would/could be done and we were able to get our outdoor spigot fixed. I'll definitely be getting in touch again if and when I have the need to. Well i’d say they got the best plumbing services . Their working skills is unbelievable .

Unprofessional to the extreme.

I had them come out to look at a shower valve at a rental property. The first attempt, they no-showed the appointment.

After rescheduling and getting a quote, I decided to move forward with the work. The day before that appointment they called to confirm details, but had no idea what I wanted done. They thought they were replacing my external shower unit with a standard valve, which is not what I had asked them to quote for.

We agreed they would keep the next day appointment and give me a new quote for replacing with a new external shower mount.

Upon arriving for the next appointment, the tenants politely asked them to wear masks as they have young children at home. The plumbers said they would go to their van to get some... and then just never returned.

I called to sort this out and was told Our company is done with wearing masks. I won't wear one. At this point it would be better if you found someone else.

He almost set our house on fire yesterday! And he made the issue worse! The Kitchen sink drain is completely blocked. I swear to god I am not kidding or lying. He was left a extremely hot light under the sink, there is outlet under the sink. Thank god we were at home and we smelled smoke. He arrived 1 hour late, and he went out to rent a machine during the work, it took him 6 hours to make the issue worse! He is assigned by Select Home Warranty which is a horrible warranty company!
