Overall a great experience. I was hesitant to call any plumbing company in fear of a high bill or unneeded recommendations. Olivia (camera specialist) and Corey (drain tech) came out to help clear a clog blocking up both the bathrooms at our house for a few days. I must have mostly cleared it before they arrived so they didn't charge the clog removal fee despite spending quite a bit of time checking out my issues.They were transparent about the entire process, pricing and what they found step by step. Corey pointed out some concerning spots to keep an eye on in the crawl space (rusty/calcium buildup on exterior of one pipe.) Olivia provided a full camera scope of our main sewer inside and outside of the house along with pointing out the condition of the pipes and a rough spot where the pipe walls are beginning to rust out.I asked for a quote to consider replacement before issues arise, but felt no pressure to address anything right now. Definitely felt like they did a thorough job that wasn't rushed.Seems like these folks are in it for the long haul, not a quick dollar as many in the business are. I'll be calling 3 Mountains next time I have a plumbing need or clog.

The first company we called about our sewer issues charged us to assess the problem and told us we had very extensive issues that would cost tens of thousands of dollars. Thankfully we got a second opinion with Sewer Renewal Specialists. We had a great experience with their team from start to finish. Joe did an excellent job assessing our somewhat complex and perplexing issue and was very professional and knowledgeable about every aspect of the job. He came up with a solution that cost less than a quarter of what the first company quoted. The office staff were very responsive and even worked with us to reschedule the job when we had a conflict. The whole team worked hard and did a great job communicating with us - and I couldn't believe how quickly they got everything done. Jose was particularly excellent with his customer service, dedication and great attitude. Thank you all!

Professional, personable and exceeded expectations.
We had Mike and Clark County Plumbing out to replace all of our water and drain lines in our 1920’s house. Work was completed at the estimated price, on time, with a few pleasant thoughtful additions and cleaned up beyond expectations. The work crew was absolutely pleasant, professional and willing to answer questions. The professionalism, attention to detail and responsiveness absolutely elevated CCP above the competition and built a trust that is uncommon today.

If you use Grumpy’s service it will be you who is grumpy. I had them come in September to clean my drains. Soon thereafter it rained and the drains were plugged again. I thought perhaps it was my fault because some moss was left in the drains when I had the roof cleaned. That was not the case. I called them again, but this time I observed their attempt to blow the drain out. Their technician, the same one who performed the first service, could not even get his equipment down the drain where there are 90 degree turns. He tried for 30 minutes and could not perform the service. Now I was confronted with digging up the line and finding the obstruction myself. It took significant time, but it did find the problem and it was extensive. Years of fir needles were compacted in the pipe right before it entered the drain field. When confronting Rita at Grumpy’s she assures me that the drain was clean in September. That was impossible. I observed that they could not even get their equipment to the site of the clog and when I removed it the blockage was extensive.

Advise - save yourself the aggravation and use someone more trustworthy and honorable.

Lovett was referred to me by a friend who used them for her business, who told me they did a great job and were reasonably priced. I called them for a job and they were very polite, professional, knowledgeable, fairly priced, and conscientious. We are very happy with the results and will definitely call them next time too.

A broken pipe left me waterless with non stop dripping from a ceiling fan. Unable to find an available plumber. I was at the end of my rope when I found Alchemy Plumbing. Like a knight in shining armor, Jamie came to the rescue. Despite fitting me in at the end of his busy work day, Jamie cheerfully showed up and fixed the broken pipe. He even went the extra mile and turned back on the water heater waiting while it filled to make sure there were no issues. Jamie is awesome, ambitious, friendly, tidy, professional and oh so knowledgeable. Keep his contact info handy for your next plumbing need. You won't be sorry!

Columbia river plumbing was extremely responsive even over the christmas holidays. After appointment was confirmed team member was at the house within 20 minutes. Repair was fast and thorough.
Highly recommend this company for future work.

Worst service ever and overbilled. Total rip-off. Top tip: avoid.

Jordan Trinh is the best plumber ever. He repaired a really complicated plumbing situation with minimal opening to the wall, he was in communication with me at all times while he navigated the issue and the tenants waited for the repair, I will be asking for him pretty often. Thanks.
