Abe helped us today with a gnarly clogged bathtub, kitchen and bathroom sink. Water was backing up into the bathtub and Abe came and de clogged our lines in a timely and efficient manner. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous about being in our house. He also got along great with our dog! A definite plus. 10/10 would have Abe help again, he should get a raise too!

We definitely called the right company:)! Steve came out the day we called, and worked diligently for several hours to clear our kitchen drain. It wasn't a normal or easy situation. The house is circa 1941, and we've only owned it 2 years, and we didn't even know the location of the sewer line, etc. But Steve just kept at it until it was all sorted out. He also cleared a slow tub drain. We'd highly recommend him, and would definitely call him first if we need this type of service in the future.

We had a clog down our drain pipe for our washer and Jeff got it sorted out in a few minutes. We tried getting it unclogged with a rented equipment from Home Depot ourselves but with no success. You gotta let the professional, Jeff in this case, do what he do best.

Just recently moved to Portland from Seattle, and Best Portland Plumbers did all the plumbing work in the new home we built. They were very professional & finished everything according to schedule. I plan to call them should I need any emergency repairs in the new home!

Both times I have called needing assistance with plumbing they have a plumber there the next morning. Knowledgeable plumbers who tell you what needs to be done and done right. Expect to pay some money though, plumbing is not cheap!

Nick is wonderful to work with. He is courteous and honest. I have used PC for years and have recommended them to others.

Ken Scott was the plumber on our brand new house. When a problem arose with our sump pump, I reached out to have him come take a look. Between my husband and I, we called almost a dozen times over 2 months and received NO answer. I even left a message stating that I'm new to the Portland area, if he can't help me could he please recommend someone else. NOTHING. Do not waste your time trying to get a hold of Ken at KTP Plumbing. Worthless and disappointing.

A fair price for good work from nice guys. Terry Taylor and his apprentice came to take a look at a problem with my dishwasher. They diagnosed a simple but serious error elsewhere in the kitchen plumbing system and presented me with two options for repair. They had the parts on hand to do the job right away. The bill came out to about $320, which to me sounded fair for a home visit, diagnosis, labor hours, parts, and the knowledge/experience to know how to take care of it. I appreciated that they were considerate of my home - they donned shoe covers before entering, cleaned up their work area, and practiced COVID-19 safety precautions. Plus, Terry was super friendly and brough a good sense of humor to his work. Would hire again.

We had a leak under the kitchen sink which created a huge mess! I called for an appt at 8am and to my surprise they said they could be here between 9:30 and 11:00, same day! Tim Rowe came right out, gave his assessment of our plumbing difficulties and went to work. He was done and was driving off by 10am. I'm 68 and have never had such prompt service. The entire experience was very positive and impressive. Tim Rowe was professional, friendly, skilled and efficient. Thank you for such great customer service!

I have had terrible water pressure since I bought my house 5 years ago. It took forever for the water to run warm anywhere-we just got used to that. After my house was re-piped, the difference is incredible! I am so thrilled to have had this project completed and I will refer My Plumbing to anyone for their plumbing needs.
The crew that worked on my house were professional, thorough and most important to me: ON TIME!
Additionally, they found a ring behind my bathroom vanity that is very special to my mom and she is beyond excited to have it recovered. ☺

Work was very well done and service man very professional and on time.

Landon was easily contacted and came the same day. He was thorough, quick and decisive on my water leak. The repair was well executed and timely the same day. The bill was fair and what I was expecting. He is now my go to plumber.

The associate helped me pick out a hot water heater, and save hundreds of dollars.

Mick was able to get us in quickly. He gave us an extremely fair price and was transparent about our options and honest about the potential scenarios. Fortunately, he was able to fix our tub using the less expensive option. Would recommend and use again

Had to shut our water off because of leaking. They showed up and quickly found the issue. Could of charged us lots but was honest about our simple issues, solved them and was on their way. Will call them again if we have other issues .
