Dominique use technology which enable her to see if there were leaking; she feel for water around washer valve and let water run for leaking . There was no leaking. Hot water washer Valve dryNo sign of moisture and no sign of water leaking around hot water washer valve. That's TRULY amazing! For water turned off from washer for awhile now due to leaking washer valve. Dominique stated if leak reappear and or start back call 3 Mountain Plumbing and they'd be happy to come out And she replace toilet flapper. Everyday and night toilet tank would have piss sound of water running. This was all night and day long. Dominique replace flapper with flapper as same and tested the flapper with blue due in water of tank to see if flapper sealed after flushing and yes. Another WIN WIN for me . Smitty's Sewer was recommended as a company able to deal with a potentially broken storm drain pipe. They were responsive and fitted us into their schedule both for the initial evaluation and for doing the work (turns out we needed to have a rain garden installed to avoid the broken storm drain). In December 2022 when everyone is scheduling into January Smitty's was ready to take on this relatively small job almost immediately. Mario made the whole thing seamless and our larger remodeling plans were not disrupted but greatly helped by his responsiveness. The company was on time, professional, kept the area tidy, communicated well, worked hard, and provided cost effective service. They were the first to call about our need for service. They were professional courteous covid concerned. They were the most reasonable quote allowing for senior discount and cash discount. Saved us almost 300$ from the next service estimate. Installed a gas hot water heater. Then cleaned up the area and answered many question. Would certainly use them for any new problem. Excellent.

We were having water pressure issues and needed to replace our PRV. We didn’t want to use the first plumbing company we used to diagnose the problem so we contacted Gary and he came right away. We had a clogged septic drain this morning. Called Mr. Rooter for help. The tech they sent out was Scottie Parks. He showed up within 3 hrs of when I called. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Scottie did an amazing job of keeping us informed and fixed our drain problem in short order. He was very professional and his demeanor was outstanding. Our experience with Mr. Rooter was positive for sure.

Steve was the upmost professional. I wanted to ensure my drains would either be cleared, or at least troubleshoot a bit as to what was going on. I had sent away a competitor the week prior to finding Steve and AAA drain cleaning. The gentleman that showed up for the 1st business clearly didn't care whether the job was completed to a high standard nor seem interested in troubleshooting the issue. He wanted to hydrojet and move on. Steve was immediately very helpful, very straightforward about the process, and super knowledgeable and willing to do the work to diagnose the problem. He's just a great guy. You can tell he cares about the work he's doing. Highly recommend.

We had a clog down our drain pipe for our washer and Jeff got it sorted out in a few minutes. We tried getting it unclogged with a rented equipment from Home Depot ourselves but with no success. You gotta let the professional, Jeff in this case, do what he do best.
