Great service. Great communication. Friendly and professional. My gas water heater failed dramatically and I needed help fast. I have a very old house, so nothing that breaks is ever simple to fix. I'm so glad that I called Joe because he came to the rescue quickly and made the whole process pretty darn painless. I highly recommend!!!

I called 3 Mountains Plumbing because my neighbor used them and figured if they were good enough for our neighbor, they could probably fix a couple of minor drain problems we had.They were responsive, professional, and were able to get someone out to us the next day (though we had them come out in 2 business days). They called to let us know when the plumber would come out and then called about 30 minutes before the plumber showed to confirm we were ready for him to show up.The guy who came out, Logan, was friendly and professional. He explained things well and answered any questions I had. He completed the work in a timely manner, cleared the two drains that were problematic, and fixed the stopper and removed an object from the pipes that I had accidentally dropped in there trying to clear the drain myself.I was completely satisfied with the service.

We recently had an older failing sewer lined and repaired by Sewer Renewal Specialists. A complicated project that involved deep excavation inside a tiny landscaped yard coupled with a required last minute replacement of the water main. Starting with the competent initial inspection work done by Brian and the amazing project management thanks to Joe, you are in great hands. Joe was very thorough in discussing site preparation and options making it simple preparing for the actual project. The onsite repair team (Taylor, Jose, John, and Kamryn) were top notch in their performance and got the job done with professionalism, skill, and care. They worked hard to get the necessary work complete and have our service back by the days end. Site was put back together as expected for such intrusive project. Overall very solid company doing great work and it shows in their employees and final product. Definitely consider this company if you have the unfortunate luck of sewer repair.

Wow, such amazing service. Sutherland installed a new water heater for us about three years ago. On Friday, it started making a funny humming/vibrating noise. We called them and they contacted us right back and continued to text with my husband about when they might be able to come out. Today (Monday), my husband contacted them again to see if anyone could pop by because the noise was getting to us. Ti, the owner, made time to swing by and found the problem wasn't the water heater, but our doorbell malfunctioning and sending a noise through the water heater's copper tubing. He fixed in in a minute. Was literally in our home less than five minutes. We are so thankful and continue to be fans of Sutherland.

Called and had Tyrone come the next day and fix my leaking toilet. Friendly and professional service would recommend to anyone!

HIDDEN PRICES!!! BE FOREWARNED! i was charged an extra $160 that is unaccounted for in the invoice that my credit card company received - this was due to me disputing the charge. (I never received an invoice - see below).
These guys are scam artists. They will charge you for materials that are not used for your project. They willam also charge you approx $100 for a fuel surcharge, even if they are a few minutes away. They will charge you for the time it takes to get supplies - our experience was that it took over one and half hours. The manager, Chaz, will back up his staff's dishonesty and will refuse your calls. Avoid this company. They do not give you a receipt and once they get your signature you give up all rights to question the amount they stole from you.

Straight to the point work described perfectly no extra cost

Second time I've had Terry out to do work. First was to replace the drain under a sink and the second was to replace a broken water main. Both times I've been very satisfied with the work as well as the price. I highly recommend TMP!

In our two bathroom remodel George replaced all of the plumbing. He found and repaired a mystery leak that had been slowly dripping for years. He replaced all of the tub and shower valves, the toilets and associated installation plumbing, and all of the faucets and sink plumbing. He also fixed an additional shower that had dripped for years because the valve was shot.
George's communication is top notch. We always knew when to expect him and he always showed up when he said he would. He was incredibly respectful of our home offices and didn't interfere with our workday. His work is done correctly, the first time, every time. It was truly a pleasure every time he showed up. He's the only subcontractor on this project that I can say all of this about. I will definitely call GLS for future plumbing needs.

I cannot say enough about how great our experience with Bruner was! I can do most plumbing work myself, but when we had a main line leak I decided to get quotes from several local plumbers. Bruner was prompt, honest, fair and incredibly affordable compared to all the others. And best of all they came in under the bid! We will be using them again the next time something comes up and definitely would refer anyone to them. Highly recommended!

Fast, excellent service. Gary replaced a section of water line I damaged doing DIY work. Prompt service on July 5th - before I even heard back from most other plumbers I contacted. Reasonable price, too. I would recommend Gary for anyone who needs a plumber. Thank you Gary!

We had a stubborn clog and after trying a few things we found online, the clog was only getting worse. After calling several other companies that provide this service we finally found roto rooter as someone who was available to help. Eric arrived about an hour after I called and he was very professional. Eric took the time to explain potential things he was seeing in our home that may have contributed to a clog and took the time to teach us a few things that will actually help prevent future clogs. After he was finished I saw a noticeable difference in how fast water drained from our sink than before we noticed the clog. While I hope I never need to call Eric again, I'd be happy to work with him in the future.

I will never use this business again! VERY UNHAPPY with their work and lack of professionalism. Western Plumbing was contracted through our general contractor during a complete remodel. We have had continuous issues and with the work done due to their inability to recommend repair and replacement of pre existing problems. In short, they installed new fixtures on faulty plumbing and knew it!
