Nothing ruins your day like a water heater leaking all over the floor. Saw the reviews, called Joe, provided pics and info via text, and he was here faster than I could clean up the water. He’s truly a professional in every sense of the word. I learned a lot, feel like I got exactly what I paid for in a super timely way, and it didn’t ruin my day.

At the end of the experience, I felt good providing business to someone I really am happy to see succeeding as a business owner, and it was about as stress free as something like this can be. We’re super pleased and highly recommend Joe. He gets it.

Super impressed with how efficient, affordable and timely they were able to handle our problem. I called last night just before they closed & they were able to send someone out early this morning. Tony did a great job of explaining everything he did & what he found & was patient with my elderly mother. I will definitely be calling this company for any/all future plumbing needs.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! The owner, David, responded to a Friday night emergency to open our clogged sewer line, and his camera inspection revealed a collapsing sewer lateral. The initial repair quotation contemplated having to excavate; however, they managed to find a way to do the repair by inserting a liner, which reduced the cost by $6,000. We much appreciate their honesty and efforts to repair our lateral at the lowest cost to us. Each member of the crew was professional, competent, and a pleasure to work with. The work required two unexpected additional visits which were performed cheerfully and at no added cost. Sewer Replacement Specialists are exceptional, especially in this era of declining service and exploding costs.

Portland Star Plumbing was easy to work with, prompt, and very professional. They fixed a long-standing problem (incorrectly plumbed utility sink). Both service technicians observed COVID guidelines and cleaned up after themselves. We we’re very pleased, and will be hiring them to do a big job—all the plumbing for a new, above-garage apartment—this spring!

Mike, Chrissy, and the whole Black Cat team are the best. Repipe, install tankless water heater, install new fixtures. Now I'm working with them on new construction. Very high quality work, on time, on budget, great people.

Cameron & Jack installed 2 new toilets that we purchased from Sutherland for us and were very professional, clean, and efficient. We love our new toilets and would highly recommend Sutherland and will be using them for any other plumbing needs that arise!

The technician answered the phone during evening hours, had me send picture of the water heater tag, and showed up the next morning with a replacement. He did a great job installing it and explained the differences and features of the new water heater. It should be noted I had called a different “24 hour service” company first that didn’t answer the phone or call me back til about noon the next day.

River City environmental was punctual and professional. I used them twice and both times they were wonderful!

A few weeks ago I called Anytime Plumbing for the first time to repair a slow leaking pipe in the crawl that was coming from the kitchen sink. I called another company originally who came out and estimated thousands of dollars to fix it!! The whole experience did not feel right. A friend told me to call Anytime Plumbing. Ricardo ,AKA Ricky, came out, assessed the leak in no time and proceeded to do a fabulous job repairing it. He was very professional and definitely knew a lot about broken pipes. I asked a lot of questions and he knew all the answers. The best part is that it only cost several hundred dollars!
I will never use another plumbing company except Anytime. I am spreading the word about this particular business.as well. Everyone needs to know they are the BEST !

PDX Sewer Solutions was simply amazing to work with. They repaired our main sewer drain that would never have passed code even in 1979 when our house was built. The work done and the level of attention to detail was far beyond what I expected. The cleanup and care were impeccable. If you get the chance to work with Rob at PDX Sewer Solutions, he really has a higher level of service and is a partner is all of your home needs. I look forward to working with PDX Sewer on other projects.

Bought a water heater from them in 2017 and they installed a propane water heater which my natural gas does nit convert to. I called them and the lady was rude and extremely unprofessional, she told me that since they are closing their doors this week and going out do business it doesn't matter. Talked to a very reputable plumbing company Sky Heating, AC, Plumbing and Electrical and they said that is absolutely wrong and why my unit is leaking. Do not work with this company and if you need a plumbing company go to them because unlike Western Plumbing they know what they are doing, they are professional and they actually care about people and the work they do. I will be filing a complaint with the CCB as well as the Attorney General. The least they could do is prorate the cost so we can put it towards a new one since they screwed up.
