We have a dual water heater configuration plumbed in sequence in our attic. One of our water heaters went out. The guys came out immediately to assess the situation and made a plan to replace the faulty unit while improving the overall configuration. The cost was reasonable and the execution was outstanding. A great group of guys! Highly recommended.

Our AC system went out in the heat of summer, so I called Devard's because I had heard so many good things about them. Carlos and Farest came to inspect my system that same day. In our case because our system was 20 years old, the best thing to do was replace the outdoor unit. I knew I would have to do it one day. They were able to install the new unit within a couple days of my first call. The new efficient system actually lowered my electric bill and my home is much more comfortable now. Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

Brent was in communication with me from the time we set the appointment and he showed up when he said he would. Quick diagnosis and fixed for a reasonable price. The home warranty people would have let us go two weeks with no hot water but Strittmatter took care of us the same day.

We had a plumbing emergency late Saturday evening and called around, Alberto of Lovejoy plumbing took our call a little after midnight and made an appointment to be out 1st thing in the morning, he was a man of his word, he was out early Sunday morning and took care of our broken shower that was leaking water, would highly recommend Alberto and his company and we will definitely use him again if need be.
