Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

I had a very pleasant experience with In-House Plumbing company. The lady who took my call was very patient . She seemed to understand what we were going through and quicky was able to setup with an in-house expert to review and repair the situation. The technical, Rick Hoyle, called me a few minutes before the schedule window to give me an estimate of when he would arrive. He knocked at the door at the promised time, went over the problem area and suggested we check the sprinkler system. He was right on the dot. While the issue was straightforward and I should have checked out all my options before calling for help, Rick was patient, explained the entire process and problem. I learnt a bit about water lines also during his visit. Since the time it took to detect the leak and fix it was not too long,he offered to check and make sure that we did not overlook other areas as i was going to have to pay the minimum charge anyways. Overall good experience in all areas and Rick was the best 😀👍

Quick response time, same day service, and 100% complete satisfaction! Our plumber Art Childress was excellent. He was early to our appointment time and completed all the work accurately and efficiently. He even spent a few extra minutes and gave me some great pointers on preventative things I should be doing.

We used Rodgers Plumbing for home drain cleaning and installation of new washing machine valves. The plumbers were prompt, professional and courteous. Their work was high quality and their pricing was fair. I'll be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Spent 300 dollar for them not to fix the problem now luckily the response of the manager was condescending and almost a joke. Anyways I lost my money , just a warning about how my experience was with this company.

My wife and I highly recommend CPR Plumbing. Previously, they helped us with rather small matters, and they were always prompt and courteous. Recently they installed a tankless water heater at our home. They were very professional. Taylor was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. He explained how everything was installed and how everything worked. When we called with follow up questions, all of our concerns were addressed. It was a great experience and we are thoroughly enjoying our new tankless water heater.

I had a little water leak concealed inside wall. Called various plumbers , and they were either incapable to pinpoint the hole, or excessively reluctant to cut the drywall. Woodruff Water Heat's people came, found the leak, cut the wall, and fixed the harmed pipe. They were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, honest and got the job done in time.

Plumber was helpful and friendly. Diagnosed and repaired my issue with efficiency, but also took the time to explain the problem to me. A+

Water leaked into the house, I quickly shut off the main. Then the hunt for a plumber started found Ricky; he came to find the leak (Busted Outdoor Water tankless heater), and through the pipe, the water came inside the home. He told me he could order, or I can order ASAP or call for a Warranty. I did order, and luckily I found one in Georgia and came in time. . I called him again, he came to my home on a Sunday and replaced the unit and resealed the pipe.

I highly recommend Ricky. He is honest and a genuine guy.
