I'd like to thank Inhouse plumbing for the work recently done to repair a broken sewer pipe under our slab foundation. I was impressed with their communication, time and detailed explanation of the work I needed done. During our consultation they also helped me out with another minor problem I had and gave me excellent and helpful advice for protecting my investment. Shawn was professional, punctual and informative. I am also very pleased that the company honored their commitment to my repair request even with the recent winter storm. Excellent Service. Great prices. Incredible competency. I've used Aubrey several times now and Anthony and his crew are my go to guys for plumbing repair. They are incredibly professional, good to their word, and do a fantastic job. During one job I was literally invited down UNDER my house to inspect the newly installed plumbing. Last time they dealt with a root penetration in the main line in record time, cleared and repaired the problem, and even checked for other problems. Don't call those rooter guys. Hi everyone! Unfortunately, our tankless water heater, which was only a year old busted from the freeze. We called lots of plumbers and all were busy. One company came and charged us to barely peak in the attic and told us it was frozen and nothing could be done. We told them
it was frozen before they came out! We got a heater up there and thawed it out and they would not return to help. Then, we called COLE’S PLUMBING! YAY!!! CHAD came out at 8pm to replace the entire tankless heater! He had been up since 4:30am on calls and was pleasant and kind about our situation. When he pulled up, he was on the phone. Turns out a neighbor saw his truck coming to our house and asked if he could help them next. So, he finished our house around 10 and then went to a neighbors. I found my new plumber! GIVE THEM A TRY, you won’t be sorry.

My water bill was unusually high and the city told me I needed to contact a plumber. I asked around to a few friends and a couple of them suggested I contact Enco Plumbing. I explained to them the situation and they came out and found that I had a slab leak. They gave me a estimate to fix it which after comparing was resonable in itself but I really needed it done so I scheduled for them to come out that weekend. I guess their guys were faster than they thought cause they were there for just 4 hours but had quoted me for 6. They took the remaining time ( $300 plus dollars ) off what I was originally quoted. They did a great job and I would recommend them to others.

Robert was very responsive and quickly came out when we had a plumbing issue at our home. He took the time to carefully investigate what the issue was and he explained it to me so well. I appreciated that very much as he took time to tell me what the problem was and what the options were to solve and repair the problem. He completed his work and he was so kind to explain all of it to me. If I have any other plumbing issues, I will call them again, it is an honest and caring company.
