Great Job! Very professional company. They tunneled completely under my house to replace the pipes. They showed real concern for the customer and they were very conscience about keeping everything as clean as possible especially when we had the rain storm that turned everything into mud. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumbing company that is honest and does excellent work.

Everytime we call Benjamin Franklin we are not disappointed! Mary was nice and efficient scheduling our appointment, and Aaron H. was amazing. CPR plumbing came out to my home to test for a potential leak and I am very happy with the experience. Pricing is upfront and not by the hour so there are no surprises which is great. Water leaked into the house, I quickly shut off the main. Then the hunt for a plumber started found Ricky; he came to find the leak (Busted Outdoor Water tankless heater), and through the pipe, the water came inside the home. He told me he could order, or I can order ASAP or call for a Warranty. I did order, and luckily I found one in Georgia and came in time. . I called him again, he came to my home on a Sunday and replaced the unit and resealed the pipe.

I highly recommend Ricky. He is honest and a genuine guy.
