Best Water Line Issue in Plano TX

What a stress free and seamless experience we had with this company. Our pipes were backed up and we could not figure out what the root cause was. Well, Michael came by and was able to let us know that it was indeed a root problem! He was very knowledgeable about our situation and helped us come up with a plan for the here and now and for the future as we will eventually need more work done. He was able to get our pipes cleared out enough to go back to normal until the major work needs to be done (root removal). Without Michael, we would have never known where the root was or that it was indeed the issue. Very reasonable and highly recommended! Thank you, Plumbing Pros!

Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

In-House Plumbing made our major repair comforting. Starting with their efficient pricing, they determined another solution that most plumbers did not even consider. Secondly, keeping us up-to-date is what made us more comfortable with such a major repair. From Shawn providing an initial quote and video thoroughly explaining their solution, to the foremen on-site in contact first thing in the morning to before they leave. Lastly, our original quote was actually decreased half way through the project after they made some discoveries. They were honest and informed us of some unnecessary repairs they originally scoped out. I definitely recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

Great food

Brent was in communication with me from the time we set the appointment and he showed up when he said he would. Quick diagnosis and fixed for a reasonable price. The home warranty people would have let us go two weeks with no hot water but Strittmatter took care of us the same day.

They came on time and did a great job

Scheduled service on a Monday morning. Took off work and waited but no one ever showed up. Never got a call advising there was a delay or that they would be late. I had to get back to work. When I called Dallas Sewer Hydro Jetting Service , the guy asked me why I didn't call them to find out why they were late. After that comment, I advised I would not be using their services. To me, it showed a lack of concern which could reflect in their work, as well.

I can understand that things come up and delays are always possible. That's when you make a call to the customer to ask for a different time or explain the delay. Since there are plenty of other plumbing services available, I was able to get someone else fairly quickly.

Worse service ever after I paid Bruce 1000 for so called outdoor irrigation leak. July 21 he made a big mess, said he would come out next to clean the mess as he never showed up, once he completed work sprinkler system didn't come on as he said its not working but he fixed the leak & how he should have charged me more. I had to ask for a receipt as the receipt shows a fake website to the TX State Board. I have reported him doing bad work. He can barely bend down & work is POOR/ I told him the leak is back and he said he would come out but never showed up and claimed he couldn't come til 3 weeks bc hes booked, called his business and his wife says it out of warranty. Nothing but shotty work and 1000.00 down the drain. .
