Michael arrived on time and got straight to work. Asked him a few questions and was informed of the costs to do the repairs. We learned we needed a new hydrant faucet and Michael procured one for us which was above the quoted cost. We agreed to replace it and expected to incur that costs above the original quote. I'm very pleased with the service he provided and would recommend him. Thank you Michael.

Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

I had an issue with the bill this company gave me for work done on an outside freeze guard faucet... I received a personal call from the GM of this company.
He explained how things got out of hand with a new trainee (without going into every little detail) and how a mistake occurred.
Final word...the company has offered to refund and hand deliver the entire amount charged.

A few weeks ago, we noticed water backing up in places that it should not be. Our home insurance company sent out a plumbing company that advised that we search for a company that specializes in cast iron replacement. We reached out to one company that quoted us an extremely high price to replace only one sewer line. We looked for a second opinion and reached out to In-House Plumbing. General Manager Chris came out and took measurements of our house to set up a proper quote to replace all the cast iron. After reviewing the quote and the game plan to replace the cast iron, we decided to proceed with In-House Plumbing. We are very grateful for the hard work and professionalism they brought from beginning to end of the project. Most importantly, we are grateful to have a plumbing company that is honorable and trustworthy to fix any plumbing issues in our house, but will gladly recommend to anyone with any plumbing needs.

Stan and his son came out and replaced our Garbage Disposal and a washer on the back faucet which was causing our faucet to drip all day.all night. In and out in under an hour. Highly recommend!

Brent was in communication with me from the time we set the appointment and he showed up when he said he would. Quick diagnosis and fixed for a reasonable price. The home warranty people would have let us go two weeks with no hot water but Strittmatter took care of us the same day.

I highly recommend Alberto at Lovejoy Prime Plumbing. He is an expert at what he does and he does it flawlessly. During 2020-21 he has completely redone the plumbing in 4 of our bathrooms. 2 tubs, 4 shower systems, 4 toilets, 5 sinks and moved drains. He has also replaced our leaky outdoor faucet and repaired a burst pipe. I wouldn’t call anyone else. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. He’s gone above and beyond what I would expect him to do to keep my job moving forward. (As for the recent negative review - don’t judge too harshly, this has been a rough year and you don’t know other’s circumstances.)

1st Plumber Allen has outstanding professional service. Their technicians' attention to detail and timely service is outstanding. My repairs were done in a timely manner and at reasonable price. I definitely will use this company again and recommend their services.

Long story short....outdoor faucet failed and started gushing water both outside and inside the wall. Called and spoke with Shannon and explained the situation and she was able to get us taken care of the same day (which was amazing especially as several other plumbing companies said it would be several days before they could come and fix).

Jeff got here quickly and was able to explain what happened and what needed to be done to fix it in very simple terms that made it easy to follow and feel confident that it was being taken care of correctly.

In our case, it was a manufacturers defect and Jeff gave us pictures and a write up that will help us get a reimbursement from the manufacture.
