I have used this company several times over the last couple of years. Recently in our remodel of our bathrooms, they replaced all the valves under my sinks, removed the exposed pipes after we removed our master bathtub and one bathroom sink, and then installed the new plumbing while the tile contractor had the master shower gutted. I am a person that relies heavily on reviews, including as late as last week on vacation. You will not go wrong with the reasonable pricing and excellent quality and trustworthy work of GEM Plumbing.

Great company and outstanding service! I called at 9am and the work was done by 4:30pm! Alex was quick, efficient. He explained what needed to be done, gave us options. He also cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

Aaron was extremely professional and checked every inch of our home to find a very unique problem obstructing our A/C. I am very appreciative of the manager Tim for sending Aaron out to diagnose an issue that was not resolved the first visit. Outstanding company that I have now used for A/C and plumbing. The only thing to say about CPR Plumbing and their staff, is that you want them repairing your plumbing! My wife and I purchased a home from a home flipping company in The Colony TX, only to find that the flipper covered up several MAJOR breaks in the pipes under our house, five in total. Chad arrived the same day that I called to perform the initial test, with confirmed that damages did indeed exist, and a camera test was now necessary to confirm the extent of the damage.

Once everything was known, his team, Adam and Taylor, delivered exceptional professional service throughout the entire repair process. We were kept up to date on everything that was repaired, and not once inconvenienced. When the entire process was completed, you almost couldn't tell that anyone was there.

I don't believe that anyone else could have delivered better service. The price is beyond fair for the quality of work, the timely completion, the level of communications, and the fact that all their work comes with an amazing warranty.

With so many companies trying to cut corners, rip the customer off, and earn a cheap buck, CPR takes the time to remind the consumer that quality work is still alive! If you demand nothing but the best, call Chad and the CPR team, you will be more than satisfied!

Do not work with them if they are contracted by Home Warranty Company. All they care about is if they will get paid through the home warranty, and they make that pretty obvious. If you leave a message, they will not call back. If you can get someone on the phone, they say they will do research, ask the tech who came out, or see if they can get paid through home warranty company, but never call you back. I waited several days for them to contact the home warranty company so I could move forward with my claim, they never contacted the home warranty company because they had no financial incentive to follow-up.

Courteous and efficient work on our kitchen faucet and resealing the sink. We are very happy with the service and will use them again!

REVIEW OF POST MAY 2020: During the Covid 19 pandemia when people are loosing jobs and there so much necessity. Had same problem in front yard like 2018. Same spot they repaired in 2018. Call them again. My 2018 service was on file. Tech came and assess within 10 minutes. Then leaves to Home Depot to get parts. Trip to go and come back took 35 minures. Putting parts in and wait to glue to set 20 minutes. Active work on site total 45 minutes but was charged for 2 hours labor. The total was $506.00. Much more money compared to 2018, same problem. WILL NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN.

2018: Had a great service. Easy booking. Thank you so much Ebert for coming in a timely manner and explained everything to me. I highly recommend them because they are reliable and honest.

Welcome to Dallas Hard Freeze/Snow Storm!! Feb 2021.

Water leaked into the house, I quickly shut off the main. Then the hunt for a plumber started found Ricky; he came to find the leak (Busted Outdoor Water tankless heater), and through the pipe, the water came inside the home. He told me he could order, or I can order ASAP or call for a Warranty. I did order, and luckily I found one in Georgia and came in time. . I called him again, he came to my home on a Sunday and replaced the unit and resealed the pipe.

I highly recommend Ricky. He is honest and a genuine guy.

Randy and family are friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend using their service.

They went the extra mile to help make sure I was getting my broken heater replaced at no cost and I even learned a few things from their friendly technicians during the install process.

Worse service ever after I paid Bruce 1000 for so called outdoor irrigation leak. July 21 he made a big mess, said he would come out next to clean the mess as he never showed up, once he completed work sprinkler system didn't come on as he said its not working but he fixed the leak & how he should have charged me more. I had to ask for a receipt as the receipt shows a fake website to the TX State Board. I have reported him doing bad work. He can barely bend down & work is POOR/ I told him the leak is back and he said he would come out but never showed up and claimed he couldn't come til 3 weeks bc hes booked, called his business and his wife says it out of warranty. Nothing but shotty work and 1000.00 down the drain. .
