These guys came out to replace my water heater that busted during the freeze. I talked to Bobby on the phone and he got someone out for emergency service within an hour of when I called!! The guys were knowledgeable about each type of water heater and helped me understand which would be the best for my home. They even gave me an 8 year warranty hot water heater for the price of a 6 year water heater!! Jeffery does amazing work and is very friendly and knowledgeable. He moved our gas outlet to accommodate our new stove and helped fix a minor gas leak issue we were having. While he was there I kinda sprung on him another plumbing issue i had with our bathroom shutoff valves and he accepted the additional work no problem. On top of that, he even stuck around to help me balance the stove feet levelers to get it perfectly aligned with the wall. Glad I found thorough plumbing!

Jonathan did a great job repairing a foundation leak for us. On time, every time and communicated to us throughout the entire process. Nice to have good, quality, and timely service!

Unsure why they have so many good reviews. I called yesterday at 9am, they said 3 hours and proceeded to call me until 7pm until they said it need to happen tomorrow. Called at 7am, then again at 10am saying they needed more time. I told them last night I was unavailable after noon. They won't schedule an appointment -- rather it seems like you're just expected to make yourself available for days at a time until they get around to you. Worse than the cable guy.

CPR is awesome!! They really know how to treat their customers. I will always use them for any repairs I have.

Aaron came the day I called to check my water heater. We discussed the problem and he went and picked up a new water heater. He worked quickly and efficiently putting it in. After completing the job he answered questions. Best of all, he had taken the time to put small reminders on where the gas and water shut off valves were as well as made sure to tell me about the emergency shut-off . I found this very thoughtful since these things aren't something most repair services do for their customers, especially for a a lady who knows little about water heaters. A job well done and highly recommended!
