Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. After foundation repair in my house ,dirty water from washing machine was coming out through kitchen sink and water leaking in garage floor to the alley.Two different plumbing company was not be able to fix a problem . I call another large company, but they made appointment for me for next week . I tried to call Triple Crown that afternoon, they came in the next two hours. That day was very cold and already dark outside, but they went on the roof with camera and had not left until 8pm that day until determine reason. My piping system underneath my house was damaged and need to be re-routed, also water heater in garage was leaking. All work was completed in a week: rerouting and water heater changed. I want to thank everyone of you, who dig tranches and re-piping in very cold weather. You have done an excellent job. I'm so happy, everything is back to normal. Our experience with In-House Plumbing spanned several weeks. All along the journey, the staff and workers were professional, patient, and responsive with all of the concerns/questions we had. Each phase of the project was explained before work began.We started when Rick came to the house to do a leak test. He did find a leak in the sewer lines and recommended an isolation test. Shawn, the owner, spent time with me on the phone going over information found on their web site related to how the isolation test would work. When the first isolation test was not as conclusive as Shawn was hoping for, he sent a crew out for a second test for further analysis. You want to be as precise as possible if you are talking about cutting a hole in the middle of your house. Once Shawn felt we had the best analysis we could get, he provided a video and diagram with multiple proposals. The detail of the information he provided was very helpful for this major decision. Shawn came to the house to review the situation personally and answer more questions. The decision was made to do a re-route of the sewer lines. We had plumbers in the yard for several days. Working through the August heat, humidity, and a 3 inch rainfall was a challenge, but they completed their tasks as quickly as possible. The following week, Shawn sent a crew to the house to ensure everything was completed based on our agreement and to our satisfaction.Because of the professionalism, attention to customer concerns, and the desire to provide quality work, we will be calling In-House Plumbing for any future plumbing needs (hoping they will only be minor ones).September 2021A couple of weeks ago we had an issue with the AC drain line being stopped up. So, we began cleaning that out and it seemed the in-ground 2-inch drain pipe was backing up. We could not see a flow of water in the clean out pipe so we began to wonder if the pipe had been connected to the re-route done by In-House Plumbing back in 2017. Made a call to them and Willy came out and checked things out. In addition, Shawn, the owner, made a special trip to the house to assess things as well. They had connected the AC drain to the re-route and Willy was able to get a full water flow into the clean out. He further explained why we probably didn't see that a couple of weeks ago. They could have stopped there, but they didn't. The drain pipe was actually below where the dirt level should be (which was part of the problem) so Willy took the time to add an extension and make sure we could still access things to keep a check on the AC drain. Shawn also made a suggestion to help isolate the area while protecting the foundation.I have had VERY GOOD experiences with In-House Plumbing from talking with the ladies in the front office to the professionals who come to the house to do work. I absolutely would give them 5-stars.

I did not get what I was promised. Technician showed up without the promised advanced phone call. Did not give me a quote before he started working and I was charged $388.00 to install a new cartridge in a sink and a new sprayer. I provided the parts. Worked out to just over $300/hr. Now my sink faucet is not properly seated in the counter and it is loose. My other repair to an inline filter required plumber to order part. I had to call for follow up information, if they could get it, when they would be back, etc... Not a great experience and the price was ridiculous

We have used Rogers Plumbing for well over ten years for our residential needs. Heard a faint hissing noise in one of the bathrooms. Turned off all shutoffs, still hissing . Called Shirley at Rogers. Robert and Daniel were dispatched. Robert located the issue via the crawl space. The cracked copper line was inaccessible from below. The water closet was removed and Robert surgically removed a minimal portion of the wet wall. Repairs made in less than four hours. Robert was able to patch the wall with the cutout section. I had envisioned having to repair the wall opening myself and resetting the WC. Unless you knew the story you would not know that any repairs were done.

Aaron was extremely professional and checked every inch of our home to find a very unique problem obstructing our A/C. I am very appreciative of the manager Tim for sending Aaron out to diagnose an issue that was not resolved the first visit. Outstanding company that I have now used for A/C and plumbing. Had a leaking faucet, was something that I thought would be pretty simple. Of course I was wrong. Staggs took the time to call the manufacturer on my behalf, and get replacement parts under warranty! Would have never thought to do this. Not only did I get the replacement parts to stop the leaking, but got a new sprayer because this was also worn out. Would definitely recommend Staggs plumbing! Had CPR plumbing out to take a look at some goofy work some contractors had done in constructing my outdoor kitchen. After reviewing the work and confirming my fears that the plumbing was second rate, Chad quoted a fair price to plumb the sink and finished the entire process in under 3 days. This in comparison to the 60 day odyssey that I had been taken on to get to the point of having to call in CPR. If you want the job done and done right I'd suggest giving these guys a call.

My builders garbage disposal went out after 6.5 years. I decided to contact Earl's Plumbing and have them replace it. Scott was my technetium and contact person. Scott arrived on time, and within 20 minutes he removed the old disposal, installed the new one, and ran a few tests to ensure it was working properly. The price was under $400 which is a great price. I would def give these people a call if you have disposal needs or other plumbing needs.
