I called YB Plumbing Dallas for an emergency because one of my bathroom pipes has broken and it cause flood in my house. The plumber came within 30 minutes, he was so fast to diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Then he helped me to cleaned up the water. Thank you YB Plumbing Dallas, I will refer you to my neighbors that may get the same plumbing problems like me

Randy was the best part of a really “crappy” situation. He was very friendly and had a wealth of knowledge. I had a slab leak and two broken pipes that required digging under the house to repair. Randy, gave me all the possible options and allowed me to chose. He answered all my questions and was very reasonably priced. Randy has the experience and resources for any plumbing need big or small. If I have any issues in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to call Randy!

I've always enjoyed working with Aubrey plumbing. Service has always been honest and excellent. I first heard about Tony because they did a previous sewer repair on my house before I purchased the house. When I was having other plumbing issues, when I first moved in, we found them to be extremely honest and ethical, convincing me I found my plumbing team.

As I was beginning to redo my bathroom, my contractor noticed some issues he thought were caused by a sewage leak. Sure enough, when the team came out, our old cast iron was cracked. The team came out quickly and got it repaired, so we can move on to our bathroom next. We had a few other issues around the house, including needing a new water heater, that were promptly corrected.

Thank you guys for the excellent and honest work you guys do. It was helpful to be in constant communication so that we understood what was going on. Shout out to all that worked with us on this project from Anthony to Lucas and James, but especially Catherine (apologize for the spelling if it's wrong) for keeping us updated through the whole process.

These guys are AMAZING!! They’ve been doing all of our plumbing for multiple properties for years. Always punctual, professional and most importantly AFFORDABLE! They really do a great job- we’ve used them for water heaters, leaks, new faucets, etc. They never disappoint. I have no hesitation to recommend them for all of your plumbing needs!!

Called them when local plumbing company was not able to deal with a grease clog in a kitchen sink drain pipe. They came on Friday evening and worked the problem until it was fixed. Charged less than the initial quote from the first plumber. Highly recommended.

Recently I called them for fixing dipping for my outdoor faucet. They came next day and fixed the problem. I was happy with the service. Jim was really good, he helped me to change the vacuum cap for the other facut.

I had a leak problem in my front yard, so I called Smith and Son Plumbing because they had such good reviews. The person on the phone was very responsive and nice, he told me it was $27 for someone to come and take a look at the issue, if I go ahead and do the fix with them I don't have to pay the $27, only the fix, it sounded good, so I scheduled it. The plumber came next day and gave me an estimate of $630 to find the leak and fix it, I thought it was a bit expensive but they seemed to be the right choice, so I approved the estimate and scheduled the fix for next day. The plumber came next day and started digging and within 5 minutes he said: It is the sprinkler, you better call a sprinkler guy and it will be much less expensive than a licensed plumber, he charged me $89, which was still ok, after all, I didn't expect them to come and tell me what the issue was for free. I called a sprinkler guy, he came took a look and said it is not the sprinkler, I was bit skeptical and disappointed, but he started digging to show me the issue, long story short he fixed it for a fraction of the estimate I got from Smith and Son plumbing. I am happy they did a bad diagnose, otherwise I would have spent so much money, but still I got charged $89 for a bad diagnose.

Both Cody and Steven were kind, easy to work with, and explained everything as they went. We ended up having a much bigger issue than we expected, but they took the time to help us understand the problem. My only issue is the pricing seemed high, but that’s set by the Roto-Rooter franchise and not the individual plumber.

Very good experience, reasonable price, was able to come out same day/I called mid-afternoon for service. Will use again.

Last year my home had a plumbing issue and Legacy sent out Taylor, who was just the best, knowledgeable, professional, confident, and overall friendly. Well today we had another issue and Legacy sent the team of Sean and Evan, who were EXACTLY the same. Even Megan from the office was calming, assuring, friendly, and professional. Legacy Plumbing is top notch, not just in plumbing services, but customer care, which in my opinion shoots them to the TOP of the class!!!

Sam and his helper were right on time and did a great job! They were very professional and friendly as well. I would highly recommend their services!!
