Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

I called first thing in the morning and explained my situation. I had a water line leaking and it had been for days. The appliance that used the water line was expected to be returned and installed within days. It was not. Aubrey took pity on me and came within the hour and replaced the valve and saved my sanity and my water bill. I cannot recommend them highly enough. A truly great business.

Mike Ashby was my plumber, he was very knowledgeable and professional. One of the best plumbers I've done business with. Blue frog was the only company that returned my call ASAP when my pipe bursted.

I had the worst experience with this team. I called in and scheduled a 2 hour slot in the morning for next day appointment. Within 2 hours, i called in and asked whether we can reschedule 2 days after my original appointment because i was expecting a Chandelier and wanted to complete installation of the same along with other work. Also i asked whether the hourly rate would come down if the work takes more than 3 or 4 hours

The person on the phone acted like he didn't understand my request and i had to explain multiple times. He suddenly started with the abusive language and i asked him whether is this the way you treat your customer. He continued and disconnected the phone. When i followed up with an email, i got the reply stating that i used the abusive language.

I have recorded the whole conversation and it is pretty evident. I would never use their services. Let wanted the people to know.

Moving into an older home with two massive water heaters from a newer house with a tankless one posed a challenge. Tex was the only one who didn't show any negativity about our desire to switch to a tankless heater when I was shopping around. He efficiently guided us through the process, getting us the largest 'Navien' tankless water heater and attic plumbing rerouting. In about a week, we now have extra closets and a stunning water heater that never runs out of hot water. Thank you, Tex, for your outstanding work and a job well done!

Worse service ever after I paid Bruce 1000 for so called outdoor irrigation leak. July 21 he made a big mess, said he would come out next to clean the mess as he never showed up, once he completed work sprinkler system didn't come on as he said its not working but he fixed the leak & how he should have charged me more. I had to ask for a receipt as the receipt shows a fake website to the TX State Board. I have reported him doing bad work. He can barely bend down & work is POOR/ I told him the leak is back and he said he would come out but never showed up and claimed he couldn't come til 3 weeks bc hes booked, called his business and his wife says it out of warranty. Nothing but shotty work and 1000.00 down the drain. .
