Had a water supply line and valve fail in an upstairs bathroom on a Friday evening. Once I got the water at the main shut off, I called Thorough Plumbing and Jeff was over within the hour to make the repair and get the water to the house back on. As the name suggests, he was extremely thorough and explained why and how it all happened and the best option for moving forward.
The pricing seemed very reasonable given the circumstances and we will definitely be using Thorough Plumbing for our future plumbing issues. Thanks Jeff!

Chuck was a life saver! My sink developed a horrible clog on a Sunday night. Chuck answered his phone that Sunday night and was able to come out the next day. He fixed my sink, as well as reconfiguring the pipes underneath and installing a garbage disposal. He did a great job and it's working like a charm! Thanks, Chuck!

I had the worst experience with this team. I called in and scheduled a 2 hour slot in the morning for next day appointment. Within 2 hours, i called in and asked whether we can reschedule 2 days after my original appointment because i was expecting a Chandelier and wanted to complete installation of the same along with other work. Also i asked whether the hourly rate would come down if the work takes more than 3 or 4 hours

The person on the phone acted like he didn't understand my request and i had to explain multiple times. He suddenly started with the abusive language and i asked him whether is this the way you treat your customer. He continued and disconnected the phone. When i followed up with an email, i got the reply stating that i used the abusive language.

I have recorded the whole conversation and it is pretty evident. I would never use their services. Let wanted the people to know.

My hot water heater froze during the snow storm of 2021. Even during the chaos following the storm, Four Stars was very responsive and worked to fit me into the schedule within a reasonable time frame. They let me know when they needed to change the schedule and the plumbers dispatched were friendly and professional.

We had water coming out of the bottom of one toilet because another one got backed up. Needed to get water to stop so paid for them to come after hours. The guy was nice but charged me the wrong amount and came back after he left to charge me an extra $100 because he forgot? Also got a 40 dollar charge on top of labor to climb on the roof and fix the issue we called them for.

He said he fixed it and it worked for maybe 2 flushes- went to check on the toilet that was leaking and there was already on the floor already. Called them back because it was obviously not fully fixed and they refused to cover it or admit their fault. NOT WORTH IT- do not give them your money

Knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. They diagnosed where the water leak was coming from and described the type what will be done and provided clear advise on what needs to be done to dry the soaked areas. Thank you guys!

Just had Adam out to investigate a plumbing leak into the garage, he quickly solved the problem, and then replaced my guest bathroom faucet/handle fixture while he was here! Convenient and affordable, I scheduled on Tuesday afternoon, by Wednesday morning it was done. Thanks!
