I had them do a tankless water heater service and also evaluate 2 areas for which I had questions. They were very professional, polite and knowledgeable.

Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

Fantastic experience with 1st Plumber Allen TX. Very knowledgeable, transparent and professional. They also did a great job of walking me through the work they did at the end of the day. I would certainly call them again for future work.

My hot water heater was gushing hot water and my outside faucet was not functioning, Chuck came out within 30 minutes and was extremely knowledgeable and professional and fixed both issues while providing detailed explanation for why the issues were happening.

The whole experience was easy, from setting up the appointments to follow-through of finding the source of my problem. I had two visits: one for water lines and one for sewer lines. Both technicians were prompt, pleasant, professional, thorough, and clear in explaining my issues. I especially liked getting a text letting me know the technician was in route and the name of the individual.

I have an issue with my toilet, and I spent about 5 minutes online and found two possible causes. I decided to hire a MASTER plumber, and thinking a MASTER should be able to give me a better diagnosis than the Internet. The Master plumber showed up 30 minutes late in a two hour window appointment, and he spent about 5 minutes to get the same conclusions that I obtained from the Internet. I told the plumber to proceed with what he suggested, but he said the weather is too hot. He cannot go to the attic at that time.

I've called another plumber before I contacted this place, and that plumber was very honest by telling me upfront that he could not diagnose the problem.

Great guys! Punctual, very friendly, and down to earth! Fixed our under slab leak and did a great job! Will recommend them to anyone that ever asks👍🏻👍🏻

What I liked: it was cheaper than first call plumbing

What I did not like: the plumber was in a hurry to get the job done quickly, he made it work but was did a very poor job making it look professional. Now I have to go back and redo some of it because he did such a sloppy job

Called them when local plumbing company was not able to deal with a grease clog in a kitchen sink drain pipe. They came on Friday evening and worked the problem until it was fixed. Charged less than the initial quote from the first plumber. Highly recommended.

Family and locally owned and operated. Had ADA toilet installed and very pleased. I thought the brass flange may need to be replaced, but Jim told me it wasn’t necessary….saved me hundreds of dollars! So appreciate working with an honest business! Highly recommend 4 Star Plumbing!

They gave options, gave pricing up front, made sure everything was taken care of, professional, kept me in the loop as they worked through the project, allowed me to increase the size of the original project. I just can’t say enough great things about them. I highly recommend them!
