Earl's Plumbing crew was super fast with our new tankless water heater installation, and very friendly and informative - answering all our questions and showing/explaining to us our new system. They were also very respectful of keeping our home tidy, wearing shoe coverings when walking through areas of our home to test the water, and laying down runners from the front door to the upstairs attic area where they were working. The pricing was very fair and we are extremely happy to be rid of our 2 old 50lb tank water heaters.From quote to install, this process couldn't have gone more smoothly, and we sincerely appreciate the services provided. I found YB Plumbingon Google and called because my garbage disposal had stopped working and my sink was getting backed up. Wayne answered my call at 6:00p and by 7:00p my disposal was working again

Had my shower valve replaced. The cover plate was loose with screws half way out and the valve wasn’t tightened to a 2x4. He broke the 2x4 that was already there and wedge the valve to the wall which was still loose. U can literally pull the the valve toward the shower 2 inches. I had to secured the valve to a new 2x4 I install myself and tightened up the plate. Not to mentioned he didn’t even close the drywall to cut off. Giving 2 stars only because they were available same day. Poor quality and overpriced. Will not repeat any business with them.

They do a quality check on the cooling system every Spring and on the heating system every Fall. They do it professionally and thoroughly.

I had some plumbing issues at my house that needed professional help so I called and spoke to John (I think) he quoted what it would cost to fix the issue, and I was relived because I thought it was going to cost an arm and a leg, but ended up being very reasonable. They are very nice, professional, helpful and responsive. I would recommend this company to all of my friends.

Classic Plumbing repaired 2 copper water pipe leaks due to the winter storm here in Texas. The two gentleman identified the leaks quickly and had the repair done within a hour. Very nice and professional.

I have used O'Bryan 3 times now and always go back to them. Have had Ryan couple times and Reece as well and both were excellent and quickly diagnose the problems. Their office is also very organized and the calls/texts system has been great.

Fantastic work by Diego on what turned out to be a complex multiday project after an undetected dishwasher hose leak. I appreciated the explanations and options I was given along the way, as well as the attention to detail. Worth noting the company does work hourly instead of doing upfront project estimates, but I definitely felt I got everything I needed done for a very good price.

We called Tex to come out to replace a kitchen sink. The experience was a nightmare. Tex and his helper showed up on time at 8:30, but lacked the necessary materials and had to immediately leave to go to Home Depot. During the installation process it was determined that the opening for the sink would need to be enlarged. The shop vacuum did not have a filter and Tex assured me that a wet washcloth would be sufficient to collect the dust. I also need to point out that while he said my house was cool, he also had a portable fan directed at him while he worked. My entire house filled with the dust from the procedure. When the sink was still hanging on one corner, Tex took a hammer and hit the sink to knock it into the hole. The corner of the sink broke and he then made me give him the receipt so that he could return it and tell them that it came that way. He managed the return, but failed to get another sink. He told me that I should just pick out a different sink and that I didn't need the one that I wanted and had researched online. I asked him to put the old sink back until I could get the sink that I wanted. He refused and told me that unless I wanted a hole in my kitchen counter instead of a sink, then I needed to pick out something else. I settled on a different brand and a different material than the original sink I had purchased and Tex finally installed the sink. His invoice was twice the amount it should have been. We will NEVER use this company again.

So they just hang up the phone on you, I asked information about cost and installation and told him he was the first one I contacted and he just hung up on me. Elite? Not so sure.
