Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

I had a water leak in my ceiling so called Triple Crown Plumbing. Alex arrived shortly before midnight which was great to have a company actually come out promptly after hours. Furthermore, Alex gave me all my options and never pressured me to make a decision. We decided to replace the water heater with the same style of unit we previously had and the installation went perfect. I highly recomend Alex and triple crown plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

In-House was referred to me from another business and came highly recommend. The technician that showed up was polite and knowledgeable. I was buying a new home and needed a hydrostatic pressure test before I moved forward. I will use them again.

We have used Rogers Plumbing for well over ten years for our residential needs. Heard a faint hissing noise in one of the bathrooms. Turned off all shutoffs, still hissing . Called Shirley at Rogers. Robert and Daniel were dispatched. Robert located the issue via the crawl space. The cracked copper line was inaccessible from below. The water closet was removed and Robert surgically removed a minimal portion of the wet wall. Repairs made in less than four hours. Robert was able to patch the wall with the cutout section. I had envisioned having to repair the wall opening myself and resetting the WC. Unless you knew the story you would not know that any repairs were done.

Aaron was extremely professional and checked every inch of our home to find a very unique problem obstructing our A/C. I am very appreciative of the manager Tim for sending Aaron out to diagnose an issue that was not resolved the first visit. Outstanding company that I have now used for A/C and plumbing. I had the worst experience with this team. I called in and scheduled a 2 hour slot in the morning for next day appointment. Within 2 hours, i called in and asked whether we can reschedule 2 days after my original appointment because i was expecting a Chandelier and wanted to complete installation of the same along with other work. Also i asked whether the hourly rate would come down if the work takes more than 3 or 4 hours

The person on the phone acted like he didn't understand my request and i had to explain multiple times. He suddenly started with the abusive language and i asked him whether is this the way you treat your customer. He continued and disconnected the phone. When i followed up with an email, i got the reply stating that i used the abusive language.

I have recorded the whole conversation and it is pretty evident. I would never use their services. Let wanted the people to know.

Last night we discovered one of our sinks was slowly draining. This morning, it was overflowing, I called different plumbing companies for quotes but only one was able to offer same day service, Mia responded to all my questions quickly and based on this I got a good impression on the company.

Within 30 mins, Tony and Cameron showed up, took care of business quickly and also capped our stove gas pipe.

CPR Plumbing did an outstanding job for us on short notice, from the first day I called to ask why our water heater was making noises to installing a new water heater. When they heard that our water heater had completely stopped working during the recent cold snap, they moved our water heater replacement appointment to a week earlier! This is a story of how Chuck puts his customers above his own personal life...at least in my situation. Our hot water heater started spewing water all over our garage, on the afternoon of Monday, 1/7. I did a quick search for local plumbers and found that Chuck had great reviews on Google. After calling him, he came out within an hour or so to assess the situation. He determined that the heater needed to be replaced. He was already booked on Tuesday, but he managed to fit us in after his other job site...and was at our house until the job was done around 8:30PM! When I thanked him for doing this so quickly, he told me that when he saw my wife holding our baby (just one month old), he told me he said to himself this family has a baby...they need hot water. Chuck has an excellent work ethic and he is sensitive to client's personal situations. Great plumber, great guy!

We were very impressed with Brad and American Leak Detection. Brad thoroughly inspected the pool, inside and out even when the water was 65 degrees. He identified the issue on his first visit, then we were able to get scheduled relatively quickly for the repair. On the repair, he found the leak under our pool decking, dug down to it, repaired the pipe, and then filled and patched the pool decking. We hope our pool leak days are done, but we know who we will call if we need assistance with leak detection! Thanks Brad!
