Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

Completed the task quickly and in a kind and competent manner. Highly advisable!

Casto Leak Detection did a fantastic job detecting my slab leak. Extremely professional, thorough, and responsive with reasonable rates. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable plumber with expertise in finding slab leaks.

Chad and his crew found and fixed a leak for us in 2 hours that another plumber had been looking for over the last 3 days. The other plumber dug up our 12 year old shrubs and left a huge mess in the yard. CPR didn't dig until they knew where they were going and they cleaned up afterwards, leaving the area spotless. Great experience. I will call them from now on.

Aaron came the day I called to check my water heater. We discussed the problem and he went and picked up a new water heater. He worked quickly and efficiently putting it in. After completing the job he answered questions. Best of all, he had taken the time to put small reminders on where the gas and water shut off valves were as well as made sure to tell me about the emergency shut-off . I found this very thoughtful since these things aren't something most repair services do for their customers, especially for a a lady who knows little about water heaters. A job well done and highly recommended!

Reece did awesome. He fielded all of my questions challenges…I’ve had unfortunate experiences with other teams plumbing services and wanted to make certain this way would work. Reece took the time to consider my opinions, but also respectfully shared other ways a solution could be done. They knew their codes and standards and left everything completed and clean. Chuck is amazing, reliable and HONEST. It is very hard to find honest plumbers who wont take advantage of you. Chuck fixed our upstairs toilet that had leaked into the down stairs bathroom. He had to cut the ceiling open to fix issue then referred me out to a someone who fixed the ceiling that was also amazing.

Fantastic work by Diego on what turned out to be a complex multiday project after an undetected dishwasher hose leak. I appreciated the explanations and options I was given along the way, as well as the attention to detail. Worth noting the company does work hourly instead of doing upfront project estimates, but I definitely felt I got everything I needed done for a very good price.

I called at 11am and a plumber arrived by 1pm! I was so excited to get same day service. Phantom repaired my faucet in 30 minutes and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.
