GEM Plumbing Company in Allen, certainly has the best plumber in this area. Stan is extremely professional and detailed in his work. I have recommended him to all our friends, and they are impressed. He has worked on our toilets, faucets and hot water heater. The hot water heater was an enormous job and this was completed in a timely manner. Every experience we have had with GEM Plumbing was completed with exceptional results. His customer service is the best!

They were extremely helpful navigating issues with my home warranty company, notified me with any updates and were always willing to accommodate any of my requests. Texas Plumbing Solutions completes the work on a shell building we worked on. A warranty is due arose and they immediately came back to the project and made all necessary repairs, back filled and returned the site to near perfect condition. Everything was cleaned up, and except for the joints in the concrete, one would never have known remedial work had been done. Would highly recommend them for your needs

Fantastic work by Diego on what turned out to be a complex multiday project after an undetected dishwasher hose leak. I appreciated the explanations and options I was given along the way, as well as the attention to detail. Worth noting the company does work hourly instead of doing upfront project estimates, but I definitely felt I got everything I needed done for a very good price.

So they just hang up the phone on you, I asked information about cost and installation and told him he was the first one I contacted and he just hung up on me. Elite? Not so sure.
