I asked for a work and price estimate for several repairs. Andrew reviewed every detail with me and educated me as to possible causes and solutions. I really appreciated the time and level of detail the he provided when I asked him. I've scheduled some of the work to be done by Ben Franklin and will test a couple of ideas that Andrew gave me before beginning to work with him to analyze a large problem with my hot water circulating system.So far, all my experiences with Ben Franklin have been top notch.

Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

Rip you off

Needed my kitchen faucet replaced. The technician did amazing work he was friendly explained the process and was just awesome. Would highly recommend Casto Leak anytime.

Chad did a great job cleaning the grease that had built up in our kitchen drain. He explained everything and his pricing is great!

Aaron was quick to respond, came over to fix the issue and was polite and professional. Will definitely use his services again.

Reece did awesome. He fielded all of my questions challenges…I’ve had unfortunate experiences with other teams plumbing services and wanted to make certain this way would work. Reece took the time to consider my opinions, but also respectfully shared other ways a solution could be done. They knew their codes and standards and left everything completed and clean. Really appreciate O’Bryan Plumbing.

Had them come out because we had two broken valves. One in the front and one in the backyard.

He then proceeded to tell me it was going to cost $550 to dig a hole and replace the valve just for the front. He said the backyard he wasn't sure, because he may have to go into my sheet rock to replace the valve?...he said if it's easy it'll be $150 but he's not sure. My husband told him we wouldn't be able to do $550.

He was also late, and then upon leaving he told me I owed him $89 for his time and that he could've been making money somewhere else because he has had three phone calls since he's been here.

Really cares about his customers, obviously. Wouldn't recommend.

I usually don't write too much review, but I am so pleased I want to give Ricky a good review.

Water leaked into the house, I quickly shut off the main. Then the hunt for a plumber started found Ricky; he came to find the leak (Busted Outdoor Water tankless heater), and through the pipe, the water came inside the home. He told me he could order, or I can order ASAP or call for a Warranty. I did order, and luckily I found one in Georgia and came in time. . I called him again, he came to my home on a Sunday and replaced the unit and resealed the pipe.

I highly recommend Ricky. He is honest and a genuine guy.

Aubrey Plumbing Company did a fantastic job installing two new water heaters in our house. Anthony and Lucas were courteous and very thorough from the quote, to the install and guidance on maintenance (ref #3050-7200).

I had the worst experience with this team. I called in and scheduled a 2 hour slot in the morning for next day appointment. Within 2 hours, i called in and asked whether we can reschedule 2 days after my original appointment because i was expecting a Chandelier and wanted to complete installation of the same along with other work. Also i asked whether the hourly rate would come down if the work takes more than 3 or 4 hours

The person on the phone acted like he didn't understand my request and i had to explain multiple times. He suddenly started with the abusive language and i asked him whether is this the way you treat your customer. He continued and disconnected the phone. When i followed up with an email, i got the reply stating that i used the abusive language.

I have recorded the whole conversation and it is pretty evident. I would never use their services. Let wanted the people to know.

Worse service ever after I paid Bruce 1000 for so called outdoor irrigation leak. July 21 he made a big mess, said he would come out next to clean the mess as he never showed up, once he completed work sprinkler system didn't come on as he said its not working but he fixed the leak & how he should have charged me more. I had to ask for a receipt as the receipt shows a fake website to the TX State Board. I have reported him doing bad work. He can barely bend down & work is POOR/ I told him the leak is back and he said he would come out but never showed up and claimed he couldn't come til 3 weeks bc hes booked, called his business and his wife says it out of warranty. Nothing but shotty work and 1000.00 down the drain. .

I had a bathtub drain stopped up in a 50 year old house that had never been cleaned out and tub faucets dripping.
Roy the Master Plumber cleaned out the drain, fixed the faucets in a short time with hard work and reasonable price. Great Job

Had a minor leak around the toilet tank and base. Also concerned about drainage from hot water system over pressure line to the outside. Tank leak fixed, bolt holding tank to base was loose. Drainage was from condensation of the tankless hot water flue.
