Can't say enough about the great job Farest, Carlos and his team did replacing our 2 original units. They took the time to evaluate our current units and made several changes to improve the design and performance by adding plenums to both new units and changing out several ducts that were either under or over-sized. They even moved one unit to another area of my attic that will allow better performance and easier access for future maintenance. After all the work was complete, they left our home and attics very clean. Devard's is a great example of a smaller, well-managed mechanical service company that provides great service and attention to detail.

They are very knowledgeable & courteous. They even drove from garland to irving for a second opinion, after I called my local rooter company who ended up screwing me. Thanks y'all!

Chuck has performed multiple water heater repairs, removal, and installs (and a gas check). Chuck squeezed us in last minute (more that once) and did a wonderful job each time. Chuck cares about his customers and reputation. I wont be using anyone else, and suggest the same to who ever is reading this review.

These guys were great to respond to a backing up sewer on a Sunday evening. At-Ease is a good name as Randy was quick to find a work around until the more involved process of fixing our root cause was done.

Called Diego back to finish a tile floor install after multiple problems with Lowe's. (Word to the wise: if you're thinking of using Lowe's installation services for remodeling, don't.) Diego did a great job with the flooring and even installed the new toilet, too. I had them out a few weeks prior to work on some fascia boards and that went nicely as well. I have no reservations about recommending HomePro for any repair needs.

Tex was great to deal with. I liked that I get to deal with the master plumber/owner. Tex is knowledgeable and has lots of experience in the field. He worked with me to set a time and he was on time and was very helpful to fix our plumbing problem. Thank you!

Recently I called them for fixing dipping for my outdoor faucet. They came next day and fixed the problem. I was happy with the service. Jim was really good, he helped me to change the vacuum cap for the other facut.

Smith and Sons fixed a broken hot water pipe under our foundation. They were super quick to get out here and make the repair. Would definitely use them again and recommend them if you need plumbing work.

They gave options, gave pricing up front, made sure everything was taken care of, professional, kept me in the loop as they worked through the project, allowed me to increase the size of the original project. I just can’t say enough great things about them. I highly recommend them!
