Best Leaking Water Heater in Plano TX

Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

Rick gave a courtesy text ahead of time, arrived on time, and was very pleasant to work with. He was very friendly towards my young toddlers and really provided outstanding service.

We have used Rogers Plumbing for well over ten years for our residential needs. Heard a faint hissing noise in one of the bathrooms. Turned off all shutoffs, still hissing . Called Shirley at Rogers. Robert and Daniel were dispatched. Robert located the issue via the crawl space. The cracked copper line was inaccessible from below. The water closet was removed and Robert surgically removed a minimal portion of the wet wall. Repairs made in less than four hours. Robert was able to patch the wall with the cutout section. I had envisioned having to repair the wall opening myself and resetting the WC. Unless you knew the story you would not know that any repairs were done.

Worse service ever after I paid Bruce 1000 for so called outdoor irrigation leak. July 21 he made a big mess, said he would come out next to clean the mess as he never showed up, once he completed work sprinkler system didn't come on as he said its not working but he fixed the leak & how he should have charged me more. I had to ask for a receipt as the receipt shows a fake website to the TX State Board. I have reported him doing bad work. He can barely bend down & work is POOR/ I told him the leak is back and he said he would come out but never showed up and claimed he couldn't come til 3 weeks bc hes booked, called his business and his wife says it out of warranty. Nothing but shotty work and 1000.00 down the drain. .

Called them when local plumbing company was not able to deal with a grease clog in a kitchen sink drain pipe. They came on Friday evening and worked the problem until it was fixed. Charged less than the initial quote from the first plumber. Highly recommended.

Roto-Rooter had completed a spot repair on our main sewage line but the reoccurring issue started shortly after the repair. Several plumbers were sent out but David ran a camera in the line from our clean outs and inside the house. Got straight to the issue and underlying problem. Highly recommend his services as he knows what he’s doing.

Very fast and efficient. 5 stars for their overall work and service, 3 stars for their communication. Dispatch told me 4-6 hours for service so I had to close my business for the day and send everyone home. Tech showed up in 45 mins. Wish I knew that, I would have just closed for that 90 minute fix time and reopened. Overall, good though. 4 star. Would definitely recommend

WAY too much money to unclog a drain. They were available and came out quick, though.

They came out to my house and fixed our water heater in a day with a reasonable price. They didn't try to upsell me with anything or high pressure me.

i like to think I can take care of everything myself. Then the hot water heater started leaking. I got a quote from them and prayed I wouldn’t have a surprise up charge. They came and replaced the water heater fairly quickly. The girl who answered the phone was extremely helpful when i called in.
